Place was pretty much spotless , service was lightning fast , drive threw was closed , food was fresh .. only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because I asked for a big sandwich and they literally sold me the most basic chicken sandwich they sell , not much different than a McChicken other than better quality meat ..
Went to KFC 1405 Capitol Ave NE, Battle Creek, MI. Not a very friendly place to visit. Ordered online checked in thru drive thru. When I got to the window they asked for my name a second and third time. While waiting to get to the window we decided to get a couple of small cakes. I asked at the window and was told they could not add to my order. I explained I would pay cash and they still refused, telling me they can't add to an order at the window. Their loss of revenue. They were also out of biscuits. How can a restaurant be out of a favorite and staple part of a menu? and why replace a biscuit with a cookie? Not even close! Looks like I will travel across town from now on to go to a KFC, maybe just going to POPEYES for my Chicken Fix.
Terrible place would not recommend waiting 15 minutes for cold A** food ? unfortunately not welcoming either Bathrrom is in terrible shape also claims lobby in not able to be seated but clearly no sign is up neither

They wont even take cash only card my order was $5.82 told them keep the change n refused my money they are a joke n have never got my order right since going to them avoid all together unless u wana laugh
This is the worst KFC ever don't waste your time constantly out of everything was there today 6/3/22 out of fries Cole slaw and potatoes and BBQ sauce what the hell will never waste my time again
This KFC is always steady...nothing great, but the food is consistent and a good value, especially for lunch.
The good news first the french fries they gave me save me from having to go by a new dart set very stiff and petrified thank you for those. Would have preferred the mashed potatoes I ordered instead of the French fries. No dipping sauces that's always a classic ... And by the time I got home the whole 5-minute drive my food was cold . Awesome experience will update if I get diarrhea from this (with pictures) .
Only giving a 1 star only because it does not give option to give zero I ordered online go to pick it up and they tell me they are out of chicken. and manager really rude and said no food and she can not refund money so just spent an hour on the phone with corporate no food no money and takes 3-5 business days to get a refund.. NEVER GOING BACK
Two chicken strip meals ordered online. Sauces specified. Get home and realize they didn't bother putting my sauce in for the 10 chicken strips I ordered! Incompetent
