Friendly staff, delicious sandwiches and a clean bright seating area. Definitely made me a Jimmy John's fan!
Avoid downtown Jimmy Johns. Ordered only 2 subs. They couldn't get the order right. managers and owner wanted to argue and make me feel like a liar. Avoid this Jimmy John's DOWNTOWN
Sandwich was made wrong. Staff was rude and dismissive. Employee Keith was especially rude. Cared more about a girl in the store than customers, won't recommend.
I didn't like that I was limited with the number of food selections available compared to places like Subway and you couldn't see your sandwiches being prepared. I was really struck by that. It seemed very odd to me. This was my second visit to a Jimmy John's and I think that it will be the last time. Unfortunately I just can't recommend them to anyone at the moment.
Please change your slogan. There is nothing "freaky fast " about this location. I know recreational is legal now in Michigan..But come on.
When ever I'm by Jimmy John's I have to stop. Always good fresh sandwiches and amazing bread. Workers are kind and polite.
Sandwiches were made well and fast. Staff was friendly. Only thing that kept it from a 5 star was the pan handler in the parking lot

I have ordered from this particular JJ 3 times. My first time ordering it was good. My 2nd and 3rd time my sandwich was wrong and didn’t have everything on it I had paid for. I called the store to let them know and they said I could come back up with the sandwich and grab the condiments and extra meat. Basically I could put it on myself. I was on lunch and clearly got it delivered for a reason. Smh they weren’t apologetic or anything. I would rather have accurate good food than wrong sandwich and fast delivery. Total waste of my money.
Horrible horrible experience. We were in town for a tournament placed an order 2 days in advance and paid for it ahead of time. Went following day (24 hrs) prior to verify everything was all set. We were feeding 40 people. 10 min before it was supposed to be delivered I called and was told they hadn’t started order and wouldn’t have enough bread. Went there to rectify and they were taking walk in orders but couldn’t fill my prepaid order. Would never recommend them ever!! Very very disappointing. We were on a time crunch for lunch so needless to say no one was able to lunch!!
