Friendly staff and quick service that is consistent with the Jimmy John's chain. Our food was fresh and at temperature! Clean lobby and restrooms.
Customer satisfaction is not important at this Battle Creek Beckley road location!My child “believed” he asked for NO Mayonnaise or tomatoes, however was in decisive in front of the manager and I didn’t pay attention during the order. No, he didn’t lie and he said he was unsure.So, manager says “look at the board, it comes with mayoand tomatoes. You got what you ordered. There’s nothing I can do”. $12 sandwich in the trash.I should have double checked. I Wish I could see how my sandwich was being made and should have got a receipt. Because they don’t make mistakes at this location….*until now, my family spent $100-150 a month ($1,200-1,800) plus parties at jimmyjohns. Sad to lose my business for that.Summary, double check what you ordered against the receipt. Because they don’t make mistakes at this location.- Never again, bitter for life
foot was alright, but barely anything on it. Prices continue to rise and quality + quantity keeps becoming less. If a sandwich cost $8, then I would assume I could get ar least 2 pieces of meet, instead of a very thin slice.Also the kids working didn't have the greatest customer service skills. They seemed annoyed that I walked in and wanted to place an order
Greenville my home town will never compare to the service i got here, here they are all laughing, smiling and enjoying work. They all said “have a good day” when we left. In greenville all we get is “see ya”. Such awesome Service i wish I thought about tipping them!! Tysm i wish i near lived here instead. Amazing food too. No issues when i wanted to make a special sandwich. He said it was close enough to the number 4 when i tried ordering the Turkey and ham with no ham, lolso he saved me money by offering a better meal closer to the items i wanted. I wish i knew their names but what ever team is there on may 2nd at 5:15 is AMAZING
Sandwich was good but al little plane. Staff seemed a little new which is understandable in this day and age. Will definitely go back again!

Ordered online at 11:07a for a delivery at 12p that same day paid CC in full with a tip. Order came at 12:35p and was the wrong sandwich, no napkins or straw. I don’t have a problem with the long wait time or the fact that WE ARE ALL SHORT STAFFED (as the Owner liked to use as the excuse for the late arrival) But when I contacted them to bring it to their attention that I received the wrong sandwich (that I couldn’t consume) the owner proceeded to tell me that her husband was being NICE in remaking my sandwich for a credit and that he didn’t have to be per policy! SERIOUSLY This is by FAR the WORST managed food chain in BATTLE CREEK! How dare your employees AND management speak to good paying customers the way you’ve trained yours to do and as for your sandwich you brought me … it’s in the trash the same as I find your customer service skills! I’ll pray for all your endeavors it seems to be much needed.
Never going back to this location. They can't make sandwiches correctly and will not fix it. I am not a KAREN but this is shameful that I spend $30 on food that I can't eat and I am not going to go back 30 min across town and bring my old sandwich back when they are in the trash on th curb.
Ran very poorly, or the owners policies are not great. I have ordered the slim 6 (just a cheese sandwich) several times and it is messed up every time, they always add avocado. I have taken to asking for it without avocado even though it is not supposed to come on it anyways. I finally called after at least 6 messed up sandwiches and asked if there was anything they could do or I could do in the future to ensure that I get the correct sandwich; I was told that it was likely a new employee despite seeing all of them in there before, and that due to the owners policy the only thing I could do is bring the sandwich back and exchange it. If I lived 5 minutes down the road, sure, that would be very doable, however, I live half an hour away and even if I wanted to come back they would be closed so the point is null and void. Seems just a poor way to run a business, I will not be back as I wasn't even advised on how to get a sandwich that I'd eat even when specifically asking for it without items and them not being willing to comp, cancel or let me get it tomorrow because I still have the other sandwich(that is going in the trash).
