Ordered a small pizza and wings. The wings arrived , no pizza.Ah hour and a half later still no pizza .Never Jets again.

This is probably the best jets that there is, the one on Columbia road is always so courteous and eager to help. I like that they keep my order on file so I can easily reorder if I want. The ingredients on the pizzas seem to be fresh and I love the crust. I believe Chris is the clerk who normally waits on me and he is very polite and helpful.
Pizza was cold and the dough was not cooked through. The worst pizza I have ever gotten from there.
Over cooked when delivered to my hotel and forgot to bring a jet boat and waited another 30 minutes
Last time I ordered guy was pretty rude on the phone and the pizza and breadsticks were very greasy. Never had this issue before but won't be going back. To expensive to waste that much money on bad pizza and rude service

The guy with the beard running the register could lose the attitude. Otherwise, they're ok. Not great, but not bad.
