Unfortunately, the manager at Fazolis, Greg, is a thief. June 12, 2022 I ordered dinner for my family of seven, totaling $55.67. Fazolis took my payment, gave my order to someone else on 'accident', decided it was somehow my fault, and would not remake my order or provide a refund. I called twelve times. Ten of those times I was laughed at and hung up on. Twice I actually spoke with Greg who gave me the run around, blaming everyone but himself. The next day I was told I would get a refund to my card. Got a confirmation number and everything. I reported the situation to corporate whom said they would also make it right. Do you think I ever saw that money? Nope.Never go here. Who knows how much money they/he has stolen from the public.
Friendly and fast service, fresh pasta, great place
This place is a perfect example of you get what you pay for. We ordered fettuccine alfredo with parmesan broccoli and mushrooms. The broccoli was so small it wasn't even worth putting on the dish and if there is parmesan on it we had no idea. The mushrooms did not appear to be fresh but canned and overall just not very good. Breadsticks were soft and soggy, just not a place I would eat again unless everything in the area was closed and I was starving.
Almost too good to be true. A lovely Italian themed meal at near McDonald's prices. 5 daily lunch time specials for $5. More daily specials like Senior meal special on Wednesday, etc. Check with your local Fazolis for current specials. And don't forget about the delicious hot breadsticks. Oh Soo Good. I usually get fully satiated with either simple 2 pizza ? slices and breadsticks special OR a small portion spaghetti and breadsticks lunch special. I do recommend the .99 marina w/ meat sauce to dip my breadsticks and pizza crust into. Living large without the charge! ? ?
Wow was I surprised by this place! First time customer and will be back. Food was good price was even better. 2 full pasta a large pizza and unlimited bread sticks while donning in for under 30 what a deal!Staff was amazing always checking in on us and made sure we felt taken care of.
Usually if i order from doordash i can understand if the food is cold on the outside.. but not the inside. And the fact it was chicken and now i feel sick at 3am is telling me it was proabbly pretty undercooked... had ordered boneless wings. And they couldnt even put the sauce on them evenly. Waste of money.
Told the fryer was down so no chicken. Sat in line for FORTY MINUTES. No explanation. Got to the window and had ordered 3 spaghetti dinners, a baked ziti, 3 salads, 3 ices - gal looks at me and asks if I just had breadsticks. No one is waiting 40 minutes for breadsticks. No explanation. They lost my order. Watched the guy in the back no gloves handling the pasta coming out by the handful. I could’ve waited less time at the Chik fa La. Went to Culver’s. Ten minutes later. Food. Will never return here again.
Manager (Gregg) was super helpful and attentive. Came around a couple of times brings us or food and anything we needed. Just great service. We left there smiling not only for the food, but for the service as well.
The food was good. The freestyle pop machine was out of all flavors. We had to go back up to the counter to receive our beverages.
Really used to like the place but I went with my husband today and the fountain drink machine didn’t work properly and the server didn’t tell us when we said we were going to get fountain drinks. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting as well, you could tell it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. I can only imagine how gross the kitchen is, if they care so little about the parts the customer can see….The sidewalk by the restaurant was full of snow, what kind of place doesn’t clear the snow for the customers??I wouldn’t recommend that place after the experience we had today….
