Friendly waitresses, most of them are patient and kind. But the Call In order lady argued with me about my order and the wait time. So I went in and ordered and had NO problems!If your in the mood for breakfast, stop by Denny's! The prices are rising, but the food is good!
Denny’s is nearly always a winner for breakfast, and this location is no exception. The line was out the door because the place is so popular! I skipped the line and dined at the bar. The service was fantastic, and while the kitchen was behind, it was worth the wait. I enjoyed a fresh cup of coffee while my food was being prepared. The staff works hard, and it shows!
Absolutely a perfect breakfast strawberry dream cake breakfast was delicious everything cooked perfect the waitress "Leticia" is awesome and food arrived in an excellent timely manner
Kudos to the staff at the Beckley Rd Denny's!! Took our daughter out to breakfast Sunday morning and when we arrived the restaurant was fairly busy. They were short staffed with only 3 employees. The manager did an excellent job making sure everyone was acknowledged and taken care of as quickly as possible. They called in extra staff for coverage but continued to push through in the mean time. Dispite all this we were very well served. They keep things moving, food was on point and delicious, and best of all...the staff pulled together and did it all with smiles on their faces, dispite the obvious stress they were under to get things accomplished. Attitude is everything and these hard workers brought their A Game Sunday morning. Thank you for a wonderful dinning experience, you made our morning.
Was here today around 4pm, and got some of the best food & service from a restaurant in a long time. I got a steak and I gotta say for a restaurant more known for their breakfast this steak was so tender and seasoned to perfection. My boyfriend got the new Nashville hot chicken melt.. it’s been a couple hours since we left the restaurant and he’s still talking about how good it tasted. Bonus for the amazing service, our waitress, I believe her name was heather, went above and beyond to make sure we had a great dining experience. We will definitely be coming back soon!
Waitress was efficient and friendly. Brought anything I requested and my cup was always refilled. 4 stars because I ordered the T bone, broccolli, and mashed potatoes, but the T bone had a lot of fat. Otherwise i'd visit again.
Very attentive staff. The food was excellent and I was thankful for the full menu, as my last visit was during the pandemic and the location had reduced service. I understood that completely under the circumstances. I had not visited this location in some time and they did not miss a beat! Recommended!
Food is GREAT, service is GREAT. We were in there today and I believe our servers name is Ashley. She was amazing. We were chatting with her, Jeff, and Karen. A couple weeks ago we were there with the whole household (me, my husband, our 4 teen/adult kids, our 2 grandchildren, and my father). I don't recall the servers name but he was a young guy, 18/19ish and he was right on top of thing with our big group and the rest of his tables. I highly recommend this location.
Had a really nice meal here. Our server was friendly and attentive. The food was good. I would give it five stars but I don't think anyone will believe Denny's is a five-star restaurant! So overall great experience; I will go there again.
tried ordering from their app and after waiting over 2 hours and not receiving my food i proceeded to try to call them and ask for a refund and to forget my food. took me 6 calls (in each of those 6 calls i rang like 3 times each so that almost 20 calls in total) until they finally decided to pick up the phone and answer me. when i finally was able to talk to someone, it was poor customer service. to which i was then told by one of the employees that even their dine-in people weren’t having a good experience and they have had like 7 different calls about people not receiving their food. naturally i was understanding, it’s a saturday they could’ve been busy. she told me to wait until her general manager was there (which was going to be an hour) and they would call me back and issue my refund. i told her that was okay, they took my number and that was that. it’s now been 8 hours, still no call back. no refund. my order was in fact cancelled, yet no refund was issued to me. i’ve tried calling them again to ask about it and they have no answered their phone at all. very frustrating and irritating experience, poor management skills on their end and i will never be giving this place my money again. and i am now down 20 dollars. do not go here!!!! (the 1-800 number is their corporate number to which i was told by a robot that they weren’t even accepting calls)
