Only thing nice was the waitress. Every thing but the pancake was microwaved. Never had a bad experience her. The restaurant smelled like athletes feet. Went home got sick. I have a strong stomach too. Scared to go back. In the ghetto

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store....it's usually a safe bet that you'll get a good meal and lots of it here! Everything is always good. Even when things are a bit off, every restaurant has off nights, they are always quick and happy to go above and beyond to be sure your meal is great. You can get breakfast all day long too! In my opinion, Cracker Barrel reminds me of more of a home cooked meal....at least more so than most other chain restaurants. Prices are very fair for the very generous amount of food they serve you. You will not leave hungry! The staff is helpful and friendly. I've seen them personally at times helping families with children, babies, elderly, and making accommodations for people in wheelchairs. The restaurant does seat quite a bit of people but it never seems to loud or understaffed. Lastly, after your meal you get to look through a General Store type of shop as you go to the counter in the store to pay for your dinner. The store has some pretty cool stuff! There are usually a couple of clearance displays which can have some great bargains. They also have craft sodas for sale in the store as well as some harder to find candy and sweets. There is a huge covered front porch across the entire restaurant where there are rocking chairs and game tables. How awesome! If you haven't been to a Cracker Barrel General Old Country Store get crackin'.....you won't be disappointed!
Waiter was super friendly, and I noticed he went out of his way for an elderly female who came in to dine alone by sitting with her and chatting. Our table was super close to the one beside us but it wasn't terrible. The food was warm, chicken was juicy. Not a bad visit to cracker barrel while traveling home from Chicago.

Good food. Standard menu as with any Cracker Barrel. Know what to expect. The only thing different is the service from one to another restaurant.
We live the complete rustic vibe of this hometown favorite. From breakfast to lunch this restaurant has the touch of southern flavor that is sure to win you over. They also have a cute guest shop with some of the cutest little gifts that you can't find anywhere else in town. The service is always great and the staff is generally friendly.
I love Cracker Barrel.But this place needs better kitchen staff.The district manager was cooking if that tells you why.3 out of the 7 plates of food were raw.Egg and meat.We will try again to see if this happens again.Our waitress was amazing tho. ? props to her!! Thats why I still give it 5 stars. ? ? ? ? ?
