The last 5 times over the past 2 years that we have been there, the food has been cold and the service mediocre at best.Last week we went in and we were seated quickly (we always are) and a super nice waitress took our drink/food order. She did make a couple of mistakes but took ownership of it and fixed the mistakes quickly. The food was fantastic and it was fresh and hot.Definitely will be putting them on our restaurant rotation!
It’s basically Applebees with better food. Service was good. Good place to grab a meal when you don’t want, or have time to cook. Something for everyone on the menu, even for your favorite alcoholic aunt or brother.
One of the best service in town. Love their food and very affordable.
We were here for lunch on Palm Sunday, took awhile to be seated due to the kitchen being overloaded. Food was good but not hot enough. The saving grace was a server, bartender named Alexis. She was fabulous in every way. Give her a large raise. Grandma Cheryl.
Their chicken bacon avocado Swiss sandwich is so good! The bun is a star by itself! I always get the broccoli as my side because Chili's broccoli is the best! I swear I could eat an entire container of just broccoli because it is so good!
Food was awesome but service was horrible! The restaurant was near empty, there's no excuse for the service. Waitress did not return to the table after placing the order. Didn't check on us, no refills or anything.
Wow!!! I know it’s hard to find people that want to work yet alone someone that’s good, but the service we had here today was horrible from beginning to end. (The food was good except for hard tortilla shells, kudos to the cooks) Our waitress was totally distracted. When she delivered our food, she left to go back for plates so we could eat and disappeared for 10 minutes before we found another server to get them so we could eat. The list goes on, we spent over 40 minutes “waiting “ for things after getting our food! ?!?!?! Management acted like she didn’t care at all and took $10 off the bill. WE WILL NOT BE BACK.
chilis used to be our favorite eatery. But not today. We had terrible service. The waitress was not busy. She never checked back to see if we needed anything else. I sat there for 10 minutes with nothing to drink. I complained about my steak being tough & my broccoli was cold, she said that was above her pay grade & left. she did send a manager over at least & the manager did take a few bucks off our bill. But you don't tell your customers that a complaint is above your pay grade. This is the first time we have ate at Chilis since the pandemic started over 2 years ago. We are very disappointed in Chilis & it will be quite some time before we go back again.
