Okay so me and my family drove into the drive through, we ordered 2 number 3s with both garlic parm fries and the girl working was distracted meaning taking forever to get to the window and gave us the wrong fries even though we all order garlic fries and and the girl only gave us one of the garlic fries and not the other. She instead gave us a regular frie and also claimed she didn’t hear my mother ordering the food. Was highly disappointed with the service cause the girl was rude and gave us the wrong order of fries.Probably won’t be coming back cause I usually really like this place.
I usually come after work for the banana shake and buford it's always fresh and fast service!
They didn't pay attention to what was being ordered. We had to say it @9 times and still didn't get what we ordered. Then the manager proceeded to tell my cousin he said one thing but he actually said something different. Not happy waiting a extra 20 minutes for our food.
Drive thru or walk up only. 4 picnic tables. New hours posted on window, daily 10am-8pm.Visited around noon on a Sunday. Ordered two combos and two chicken and fries box. Told there was an up charge when I asked for BBQ sauce for chicken combos-not extra, just 1 per meal. I didn't agree to up charge so we were only allowed 2 sauces for three chicken combos. Crew forgot one combo and one chicken and fries box. I caught the chicken and fries box at the drive thru but didn't realize the combo was missing til after leaving the drive thru. Went to walk up window and had to knock several times to get someone's attention. Once window was open strong smell of marijuana wafted out. Chicken in chicken and fries box was skimped. Bun on my burger was rock hard in spots. Very disappointed, will not return.
They constantly forgot the burgers on my door dash order. They'll blame it on the driver, but 2 days in a row with no burgers is hard to swallow.The food I did receive was good. But without the burgers it's kinda of an empty win.If I'm annoyed with you on the phone, maybe it's because of your dismissive tone.Won't be eating here again, maybe another checkers where they can count.
Great taste, very filling, and a short wait! The perfect combo, we love getting food here. We've gotten their burgers, fries, drinks, and desserts and loved it every time.The location is also really easy to get in and out of which is saying a lot for Columbia Ave.
Love their BLTs and mango drink delicious maybe you should move out into Richland take out McDonald's they suck
The chicken was very dry today. Tastes/feels like it was dried out to begin with, seasoned and put in a warmer for 30 min. Only 1 straw for 2 drinks and no bbq for either order. Our dasher was kind but this wasn't worth the money.
Went there tonight oredered a buger, a chicken sandwich and a 6 piece mozzarella sticks was told to pull up because the would be a 2 1/2 minute wait on my chicken and ended up waiting 15 to 20 minutes and as im getting outta my truck to go to the walk up window a guy came out with a bag of food and walked it over to a car that ordered after me and asked if i needed anything... Really and lied and said he didnt have anymore order's and that he doesn't know what im talking about (this guy took my order) and then told me that the food is made to order and ill just have to wait so i walked up to the drive up window and i told him he just gave away my food he said he did not and tried to hand my some i didnt order and then said he just gave it away it took 35 minutes to get 2 sandwich and a mozzarella stick he said he would give me a refund but from the looks of the receipt he just rerang the order up then voided it my card info is no where on it the owners really need to reevaluate this place
Best fries I have ever had. Their funnel fries are especially delicious.
