Horrible. Couldn't get my food even after waiting 20 mins inside because they were "closed" doors were unlocked so I decided to go in and waited 20 mins yelling "Hello, anybody here?". No one showed up at front. Finally after around 20 mins of waiting I assume to be a manager told me they were closed, but I order mobile so I already had paid in the app. So I told her I already paid and I should be able to get my food. She proceeds to tell me multiple times that they are closed and doesn't know why the doors are unlocked. Mind you if you search "Burger King Beckley rd" comes up to open at 7AM on a Sunday. Went in there around 7:10.
This Burger King is very in professional and they have poor hygiene..
This place is extremely lacking. They're not open when they are supposed to be and you never receive the correct order. Time to close this particular BK down.
Hands down one of the best Burger Kings in Michigan. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food was fresh, and the portions were significant. The food was tasteful The restaurant was tidy. As an ex-Associate Manager of a Burger King, I would highly recommend checking them out.
I went through the drive-thru and I started to order ceezy melt I paused and said "um " and the girl continues to speak out and says "no the cheesy melts aren't burritos " this happened in the am about 6:30am and just so happens to be that I'm a Hispanic American and I speak perfect English and that wasn't called for so I pull off and this isn't the first racist incident that this has happened its about the fourth or fifth time this place needs some structuring done to its staff before the end up in a law-suit for discrimination
Other then having to here an employee use the F word the service was great
Drive thru was the only thing open, watched 3 people try to get in and couldn't but i still ended up waiting 15 minutes for them to give me the wrong order. They even asked me to confirm the order and i had to correct them but still got the wrong order.
People were rude, on their phones, seemed like we were an inconvenience yo them. Food ill give one people get negative two
Love the burgers and fries. Quick service in-house eating. No mask required. Will be going back
