The food was GREAT! But, the service was terrible. The dining room and the restroom were FILTHY!
I waited a little bit longer than I'd like, but both sandwich and fries were freshly made and delicious!
Wanted to order ice cream right on the window was told by a girl can't take orders at the window when no cars behind me in other BKs you can do that. She was kind of rude
Do not go here. They do not care about the quality of your food. They also have no concept of customer service. Multiple times I’ve given this place a shot & will NOT be returning. My burger was black. Literally like a hockey puck. My fries were burnt and old. I had to wait a good 15 mins to get my food and wish I would have checked before leaving with it.ABSOLUTE TRASH FOOD & EMPLOYEES.
First things first, I literally live 2 minutes down the road from this location and every single time, something is wrong. Food is ice cold, burnt or not made correctly. Today I got two iced coffees, one French vanilla and the other mocha. My “mocha” had zero chocolate or mocha flavor in it at all.. it was literally coffee and creamer.. when I took them back in for a refund, they all looked at me like I was the crazy one. Every single employee was either standing around or sitting down talking. Not in uniform, wearing sweatpants. The girl at the drive thru gave me nothing but attitude, and did as well when I went in to return my coffee’s. This location is a JOKE.! The only reason I went there was because Starbucks next door was closed due to internet issues. If I could give negative 5 stars I would. I will never ever spend my money at this Burger King again.! Shut this place down or hire an entirely new crew, because nobody knew what they were doing and nobody cares about the quality of the customers food. Thumbs down ?
If I could give no stars, I would. I’m not one to leave reviews for bad experiences, but this was exceptionally bad. We ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget kids meal, a 10 piece chicken nugget meal, and a Wopper meal with onion rings. Waited over 20 minutes just to get our food. Finally get home and open it all up and got two 6 piece chicken nuggets with no sauce. Get to the wopper and it is completely cold…I live 5 minutes away. The onion rings are so hard, I can’t even eat them. It’s pretty obvious they have been sitting out for God knows how long. Not pleased. Don’t mind waiting at Burger King because I know the food is always hot. Not sure why this location can’t get good help, but they better figure it out real quick.
The workers was really nice. The only complaint I got was me and my wifes food was burnt. Probably just need an extra worker or two.
Food always good, may take a while to get your food but if you're patient everything's good.
40% of the time my order is wrong. No suprise when my order was wrong today. Super slow 20 minutes in the drive thru with only one car in front. Terrible customer service barely opened the windows to take money or give food.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. I've gotten food made faster at Applebee's and the doors aren't even open. Can't even keep a drivethru line running efficiently but want $15 an hr.....
