I Was seated very quickly, the time from seating to drink orders to food orders was also fast. The sampler platter is the best value on the menu, you get 6 wings, an order of chicken nachos, onion rings and cheese stick for a few bucks more than the wings alone. I opted for the Nashville heat flavored wings. I think it was a smoky Chipotle wet sauce take on an old classic. Very good. The chicken nachos are impressively put together for a sampler and the onion rings were high quality. The cheese sticks were just a bonus, the marinara sauce was very warm, I prefer it cold. The blue cheese for the wings had a ranch style consistency but good flavor.
I’ve never been in and out of a restaurant so fast in my life. Hostess staff was awesome, we were greeted and seated very quickly. Unfortunately our waitress was so rude while taking our drink orders we decided to leave and take our business elsewhere. Regardless of it’s busy or not, it’s not okay to take your bad day out on customers.
Excellent experience. Staff was friendly and well mannered. The food was great; however, the spicy garlic flavor for the wings is VERY salty. Felt like I had to chug down my drink after my meal. The lemon pepper dry rub wings are outstanding though. It was also a little hot at the corner of the facility where the waitress sat us.
Hannah did a great job on our most recent visit April 7, 2022. Although the restaurant was busy and she was working several tables, she was attentive, pleasant and very communicative about potential delays. She even helped when asked to change one of the televisions so we could watch the hockey game, not once, but twice, when the coverage channel was changed because the game went into overtime. We are frequent patrons and this was the best experience we’ve had in several months, hands down. Thank you, Hannah, for making it such a great experience.
I've been to many BWW. I've been to this one many times as well. A friend and I went tonight and were blown away. The waitress Kayla was friendly, engaging, and willing to listen to my ramblings. The wings were massive and so full of flavor. I can't rave enough how good our visit was this evening.

Went in to eat with the family. Took 20 minutes to get our soda. And almost an hour to get our food. Came out cold. Server was not friendly or attentive. No silverware or Never asked if we were happy with food! BILL WAS 100.00 FOR GARBAGE! Place was not busy...Nor never smiled. Next month we will go.to Applebee's I guess...Don't waste your money here.. I understand resturants being short handed but this was not the case
First time at this location and our experience was good.The food tasted really good, it was hot, crispy, well seasoned. Our server was very helpful and kind. He rocked his knowledge about the different sauces and the flavor experience.The place filled up fairly quick after we got seated and our server became very busy yet he managed to get to every table promptly.
Placed an order on the BWW site at 9:25, showed up at 10:30 (30 minutes before close) and was told1. The order isn’t in the system2. They told DoorDash they weren’t accepting orders and that somehow affected online orders3. They (the manager) didn’t know how to issue a refund.I received confirmation they got the order. I never got a call or email saying it was canceled or they couldn’t do it. I spent almost 10 minutes waiting at the bar for someone to finally tell me they had no clue what was going on.There’s only one BWW in Battle Creek, so it’s not like I placed an order with the wrong one. I made a complaint and will be disputing the charges as soon as they go through.
The atmosphere is great if you are a sports fan. There are dozens of televisions to watch your favorite sporting event. The drawback is that I have been in other sports bars with individual speakers and a device at each booth to choose the correct sound channel to match the TV you are focused on. The wings are on point, but fairly pricey. The Desert Heat dry rub is always a solid choice. Lastly, if you are a fan of Bleu Cheese dressing, theirs is top notch!
