Food was excellent!!Server was friendly.They were a little short staffed but most places are these days. The food took awhile to arrive at the table, but was worth the wait!!The place was cold. I was grateful for my sweatshirt.Yum!
Very Busy and shorthanded, but the 20 minute wait to get a table was made worth it when we met our server "Comfort!" She was right on her job, super friendly and even gave me a hug that was greatly appreciated! She alone made the stop so much more pleasant that I will just have to go out of my way if I'm ever in Battle Creek again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐?
Our server was very nice!!It was her first day & the cooks were giving her a hard time by misplacing getting her tickets. But she she made sure we had plenty of attention with the things she had in her control. You got yourself a very good waitress, Keep her & she will make you money!!??✝️?♥️??
It was a very nice meal, very generous portion sizes. Everything tasted very good and the server was very friendly and helpful, my daughter is sort of shy talking to anyone and she seemed very relaxed with her. Coffee was refilled many times lol, she was on her game. It was a bit slow in there but all things considered she was very attentive and on top of everyone. It was very pleasant
Pancakes was doughy, cook got order incorrect so part of my breakfast came out before the other. Waitress was accommodating & friendly. Took good care of us. The food portions was small than I expected. Not what I expected
Had breakfast here on Friday morning, the start of a special weekend for me! I was driving and thought biscuits n gravy sounds good since I haven’t had it in forever!!! Made me so sick, diarrhea just a couple hours after!! Needless to say it pretty much ruined my weekend!! Is there anywhere “safe” to have a meal out anymore??
The staffing was awesome! the lady who took our food was fast and very sweet gave me and my mom and sister free drinks to go and the food was really yummy! we will be coming back soon! wish more restaurants were like you guys our waitress was named Britt (if I misspelled it I’m sorry I think that’s how it was spelled) ?
Not very busy but that was fine. I ordered a child’s little farmer meal which came with meat, home fries egg, pancake and a drink for $4.99. I was charged $2.89 for the drink and $5.79 for the meal. French fries instead of the home fries that we didn’t ask for. No pancake. 2 sausage links. Ordered the advanced meal which comes with soup or salad and a cookie. I was charged $11 instead of $6. I was told one meal didn’t qualify after the fact despite ordering it numerous times. Hamburger was so filled with grease that you could ring out of the bun. Left the bun and ate the burger. Chicken tasted weird. Had to ask for everything. Told the server about all of the additional charges. Assistant manager said the burger didn’t qualify. Said my son had and ate 2 sausage links. Didn’t realize it came with 1. Refused to adjust the bill to reflect what I ordered. I was charged an extra $20. Son is now throwing up because of the grease burger. Will not be back.
This is the second time I’ve visited a Bob Evan’s in the last couple years. Horrible service. I mean they weren’t rude. Just completely not nice. Food wasn’t cooked how we asked. Servers and workers act as if they’re overworked. We were the only ones sitting at the restaurant until they say a couple directly four feet go out side. Out of the whole restaurant ?♀️
We ordered online 5/18/2022 615 pm for pickup @ 649 pm as we both were not feeling good. My chicken noodle soup was ok , didn't taste like the last time I had it, my girlfriend had the baked potato and said it tasted very good. We both got some bread, I got the biscuits she got the dinner rolls.My only two small complaints were when i got there I called to let them there it was hard to hear the lady talk as it was TOO LOUD in there. Second when got home and unpacked our dinner there was no butter or napkins or silverware as the last time we had an order dropped off at the house. We even left a huge tip on the bill as well. I know times are tough for the restaurant business, in my opinion customer service and customer satisfaction and doing the little things really do get noticed and remembered.
