I love BIGGBY and I frequent multiple different locations often since I have family all over in Michigan. This is by far the SLOWEST location I’ve ever been to. Today I waited behind 5 cars for 25 minutes and when I got to the window my order hadn’t even been started yet. Yes I was given a BOGO deal even though it was already BOGO with coupon. It doesn’t matter how many customers are there and how many employees are there. I’ve never waited less than 15 minutes. That includes the time I only had one car in front of me and it took 3 minutes to ask for my order. There were 3 employees inside and the one customer in front of me only ordered one drink. Half the time they are very nice but there are definitely times attitudes could be adjusted. I get that there are stressful days but don’t take it out on me and then ask me to leave a tip on top of it. I normally do leave a tip but it’s harder for me to be okay with it when I’m treated rudely.
Service was phenomenal. Beyond nice and efficient. I would recommend this place to everyone.

By far the worst location. Every time that I go my drink is made wrong, long waits, or the employees belittle me for not knowing what the drinks are called. I shouldn’t be smart talked to by saying “I want a white chocolate mocha with raspberry” with a response of “jUsT sO YoU KnOw ThIs Is CaLlEd A LISAS LUCIOUS”. I’ve been a barista for 3 years and I just wouldn’t talk or act like that. As long as the customer knows what they want, why correct them if they don’t know what it’s called? I’m normally a Starbucks drinker, hence why I don’t know the names. This happened twice in a row by two different people working the drive thru when ordering drinks that aren’t directly on the menu outside. I have had no issues with the Beckley or Columbia locations… it’s just this one. Always. Which sucks because this isn’t even a mile from my house and is super convenient to go to.
I typically like Biggby. The drinks are tasty, and the service is friendly. I'd give them 5 stars, but I don't think a place like this should be asking for tips. The do not receive servers wages, and tips should be given for exceptional service. When you ask for a tip before receiving service it makes you question if the service you are receiving is not as good as it could have been if you had tipped in the first place. They should not ask for payment until after the drinks are made if there is going to be a tip requested.
Yummy... Bigby never disappoints.The only issue is the drive thru takes at least 10-15 minutes so if stopping before work, make sure to give yourself extra time.
Coffee is always good....the staff is always awesome!!
Best staff…hands down. Friendly and efficient. ?. They get to know you on a personal level. It’s a highlight of my day.
Quick friendly staff, and my coffee came out just hot enough.
Not sure what was going on inside the store, but the service was very slow. I watched as several vehicles left because of the wait.
