I gave a past review and I regret it! I talked about the music being loud, but I'm sure if I had asked, the staff would have gladly turned it down. I'm very sorry for the past review and have felt bad ever since! I would have taken it down, but didn't know how! This is a clean, friendly and delightful place to come! Consistently the worst experience I have at any Bigby. Finally posting a review because the last time I was there was a ridiculously poor experience. I ordered a bagel sandwich (Turkey Havarti on everything, which is part of my usual order when I go to any bigby). They gave me a bagel with a cold piece of cheese. I went back inside to ask them to fix it and they laughed, tossed some turkey on it and handed it back to me (all done without gloves). On this same trip I also ordered a cafe au lait (again, my typical order). This is supposed to be a coffee with steamed milk. They gave me coffee with cream, and charged me for the au lait (which is more expensive). I've never had a good experience at this bigby, but have given it plenty of chances since it is the closest to my house. After this experience, I'll just go somewhere else.
Very friendly clean place to get your drinks
The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Wonderful group! Well with the exception of one staff member. But they're young so maybe it'll change. Still love the business though.

Normally I’d give this location a 5, but something is going wrong today. Maybe weather/power related, but no customer wants a cold sandwich.
after going to the biggby on East Michigan for years today I was finally disappointed beyond belief when asking for a hot 24 oz I was given a cold 20 oz and told well you asked for ice cubes last $25 you guys get from us.
The service was so slow waited 20 mins for a black coffee 2 cars ahead of me . Girl at window had a smart mouth . Yes i did say the wait was to long for a cup of coffee will now drive to a different Biggby.
