This place was insanely busy today due to the Air Festival and the barristas here were so nice, apologetic for the wait, the whole nine. Watching them work while I wait for my coffee told me all I needed to know; they worked incredibly quickly and skillfully just busting out orders and I'm certain I got my drink as fast as humanly possible.
Usually pretty good but last time I went in the lady was very quick and very rude with me.
I came here for the first time last weekend. The employees were friendly, but I do have two pieces of constructive criticism. First, I was one of two customers during my time there who waited in the wrong line to order. Some signage indicating which window is which, would be helpful. Also, I was one of THREE customers during my short time there who were told that the store "just ran out of" something that had already been ordered and paid for. I think they could use better communication among the employees when they're about to run out of what they sell, so that the customers have the option of going somewhere else before they get stuck settling for something other than what they wanted.

Best coffee in battle creek by far. We dont just go their for the quality coffee and selection, but also their amazing employees. Keep up the great work. My mint creme freeze is delicious.

Good coffee and service, just found it odd that every time I ordered the same thing, different cashiers charged me different prices. The difference is probably within a dollar!

Good selection. Good coffee. I usually only go when I have a buy one get one coupon which I find all the time in the paper. I like peppermint coffee and find their peppermint a little lacking but other than that it's still pretty good.
The ice coffee with cream and sugar free caramel is amazing. So glad we finally got a bigby in urbandale
