It was good to walk into the restaurant and being greeted with smiles and great service. Thank you to the crew working that day as I went in twice and both times the food was on time, fresh, and very tasty. Thank you for the great service and the jokes. Very enjoyable
Food was good and correct, but the guy at the cash out drive through window took my coupon from me and immediately crumbled it up. My total not adjusted for the coupon, and he just blatantly ignored my coupon. I feel like it was a disgusting example of blatant disrespect.
This is the BEST fast food restaurant experience I've had in a long time. The staff was very friendly, not only to the customers, but to eachother as well which was refreshing. The store is kept clean, my food was already prepared before I finished getting my soft drink. Definitely recommend more than other fast food restaurants in the area
They keep letting Kathy run the store she is rude one of the worst I've seen she lied on me...never asked my story she talks to all them employees like they are nothing...she made fun of the way I walk before but her whole demeanor is fd up she will discriminate and she is racist they have told jokes while I was there about black ppl
Those fast teenagers are back at this Arby's location. Fastest Arby's I've seen. They move you along fast, freindly service and as always HEATHY and delicious.Enjoy.
Ordered a regular roast beef,Mac n cheese with soft drink. The lady said she would make it a "combo" to save me some money so I said "great". Opened my bag of food and found a Beef and Cheddar instead of the regular roast beef. Receipt said Beef and Cheddar combo. Not what I ordered.
Terrible service manger was eating in the window at night shift 3/13/22 at 9:05pm seen people in back on there phone terrible service!!
Messed up both items we ordered, my bun for my sandwich was completely soggy and mushy. Will not be returning to this location
They were one of the only fast food restaurants that were open late and always have ice cream.
So, after waiting 5 minutes per car to order, I got to listen to the argument of the employee outside smoking yelling back in the door to another employee, right near the menu where you order. Then get my food, the sandwich was cold, the bread stale, no napkins and no sauce. I guess the days of professionalism and customer service is dead.
