Most disgusting facilities I have ever seen. Do the employees use the bathroom here? No toilet paper at all. Garbage overflowing. Fly walking around on the floor. Cigarette butts piled up at the entrance of the door.
Waited 25 min in drive thru with one customer in front who was waiting a speaker to give order. With a large line behind me and no time left for lunch finally left without ever giving my order or moving an inch in the drive thru. Wasn't easy trying to get out of line that was backed up at least 6 or 7 cars. Will never eat here again
Update the menu. The cover is so worn you cant see menu. Parking lot needs attention. Says dining open, but doors locked.
Food was horrible and staff was just as bad. Cold sandwichs, burnt fries and bad customer service make a bad combination! Sadly this was my 2nd trip there in a week and had the same experience both times. I will never understand why the staff and a place of business would continually all this to happen. Management has failed this establishment.
Ordered three Turkey, Bacon & Ranch market fresh sandwich meals, got home, none of them had bacon on them. Waited 18 minutes in the drive thru and they still didn’t make them right!

Someone who works here makes PERFECT CURLY FRIES. I've had a lot of curly fries and I'm not joking - perfect.
We literally sat in the drive thru of Arby's for 15 minutes before we even ordered and it was only ONE vehicle in front of us. Spent another 15 minutes waiting for our order. They forgot my Poppers, gave me the wrong sandwich.. I used to go to this Arby's all the time, I don't think I'll be doing back.. The girl behind the drive thru window literally stared at us for 10 minutes before even beginning to make our shakes... ?️??
The food is usually good but the service is super slow at times. I wouldn't recommend going there for a quick bite when you have to go to work or have an appointment.
Me and the girlfriend went here about 815pm. We order a beef n cheddar no bun and a medium fry. Our total was 9 something. When we got our change we didn't look at it which we should have as we got down the road we noticed we had 7 dollars back. So I called and talked to the manager and within a minute she said she counted down the drawer and they were only 80 cents short and then proceeded to hang up. Not to mention our fries were cold
