Went here for the first ever last week. My friend and I are very big bubble tea fans. The service was great. The tea was okay, not the best I have ever had though. Overall, I was satisfied.
There's a great selection of drinks to choose from and lots of great flavors. They also offer low/no sugar options as well as dairy-free alternatives.
I'm obsessed ? you can choose sugar level and they also have an option about ice and I'm in love with the bubbles
They put the wrong tea with my order number (my order number card was 56. They called 56 - I ordered mango milk tea with tapioca, but got "regular" mango tea with stars). Once I got the right one, it was spectacularly good.

whenever i come to great lakes crossing, i usually get boba tea here! i always get the strawberry milk tea with tapioca pearls. but sometimes when i’m here kind of early, i can’t get tapioca pearls because they’re not ready, so i just get strawberry popping pearls. otherwise, i love going here!
The black sugar milk tea tastes super weird with artificial flavors and it's really not authentic bubble tea. The price is also relatively much higher compared to other bubble tea places. Just wasted my 7 dollars which I can simply make much better ones at home myself.

Basically cup of flavored water full of sugar, I don’t really know if you are making bubble tea.
I went to this bubble tea shop for my birthday and i ordered the Jasmine milk tea bubble tea and the topica pearls were so chewy and good the tea was also amazing Definitely go back once i go to the mall again:) 100/10
