Rude, petty staff.I asked if they could take the ice out of my drink, they spilled it over my shoes in response.Plus with the price inflations because it's a Mall food court, you pay twice the price for a service that's worse.
I don't remember having service or food this bad. I waited over twenty minutes watching this guy struggle to make tacos to find out that he thought I already had my order. He made my food wrong three times and then I ended up with cold tacos. Stay away from this place if you don't want to wait a 1/2+ hr for your food and would like it relatively warm. The employees working didn't have a clue as to what they were doing.
You guys had one job and ruined it all! Overcharged US and didn’t even give us a meal we ordered ! Horrible customer service and rude staff!

We waited 29 minutes for 2 plain hard tacos. Staff just didn't care moved slow. I saw an order made once every 10 mins. They need to fire everyone there and actually hire people who want to work. Complete bull. Place was dirty and staff is horrible. Worst experience I've ever had.
This Taco Bell still SUCKS. Haven't gone in months, thought we'd give them another shot tonight and they still failed.Ordered 2 bean burritos and 2 soft taco SUPREMES. The beans were smeared all over the outside of both of my burritos. The tacos had no tomato, and no sour cream - the same reason I stopped going to this taco bell months ago.I regret giving them my money, (again). Don't charge people for supreme items if you're just going to give us the standard version anyway.
Honestly. We've been waiting so long for our food. I have had enough time to thoroughly think out this review. They have skipped a pregnant ladies order by like 15 at least.. she's still waiting we've been here for 15 mins. This is a disgrace. The manager should be removed. Sir let me buy this from you and show you how to run a business. This is just sad.
Absolutely terrible worst service I've ever had in my entire life. Cashier told me that my kids that I don't have took my drinks lg Mt dew and frozen Mt dew then told me my order didn't have sos or sauce on the side even tho it was on my receipt and that's after I tipped them when she took my order just because I know how rude people can be to fast food works and the manager is no better and should be replaced
Love their food glad you can go inside and eat it makes it much better will not go to the drive-through this anymore too much hassle too much gas too costly
literally only ordered a nacho bell grande and they forgot the cheese. how tf you forget the cheese on nachos
