I got a 3 something 5 layer burrito that only had beans and cheese ? idk where the other 3 layers are but I don’t think you even put meat on the burritos anymore. I’m pretty sure a tortilla some artificial liquid cheese and refried beans aren’t that expensive. On top of that the burrito is quite small even though the picture I took looks bigger than reality. I’ll stick to the taco truck
Spent 45 dollars for a pick up ordered waited for over 20 minutes just to get back to hotel and see my order was messed up missing items and the tocos was thrown togeather without any sauce in them just lettuce cheese and 4 potatoes in each taco wrong pop and the crunch wrap was all the way messed up no hard shell taco inside and they used a wheat burrito it was horrible all of it was horrible and they wont refund me trash dont order from them also found hair in my black bean burrito they deserve zero stars. Im gonna complain all the way to corperate 45 dollars is alot of money to still have to look for other food
Very rude drive thru personal. Tried to make me round up and when I said I didn't want to she asked me then you don't want your food? Very very rude of her. So I said I guess not. She gave me money back and drove away. Went to McDonald's instead.

if i could give this less than one star i would. i’ve worked in fast food for 5 years and i have never seen such horrible costumer service. the lady got mad i didn’t sit at the speaker after waiting in the huge line bc the inside was locked when all i had was a doordash. she said i skipped the line and needed to go all the way around when i told her no and to just give it to me she slammed and locked the window in my face. another lady came after i honked my horn and ended up trying to call the police because i wasn’t wanting to leave without my doordash order but i didn’t want to go all the way around bc we have a time schedule on there to deliver it. she ended up flipping me off and slamming the window again and i had to cancel the order and miss out on my money because they r so rude. called corporate about it but they need all new staff if they have staff like that. looking back i shouldve went around and screamed at them over the speaker for that behavior and held up their line even more lol.
Maybe if they paid more than minimum wage they would actually have enough employees for a night shift. Greedy company needs to get with the times ?
They got one of my orders wrong. But other than that the food was good.
Closes at 6pm or earlier wrong hours posted go to the one down the road stays open late better service
I pulled into the drive through around 6:50 pm, I finally got to the window just before 7pm and was not greeted at all. I waited for someone to greet me and at 7:04 they said "sorry we are closed". Their hours online say they close at 9pm and even if they did close at 7 I was there before 7 and should have been served or they could have at least had the decency to tell me they were closing early as soon as I pulled up to the window instead of letting me sit there for 5+ minutes. If they had I would have not had a problem with it but making me sit there and not serving me is not. Do not go here if you actually want food.
Ordered on the app, got to the store, and after waiting at the drive-thru, eventually figured out that no one was there. I saw other people drive up and try to order, as the order screen was active and had no indication that they were closed. It would be nice if they had a sign up when they are closed and turned off the order screen. Also frustrating that Taco Bell's app will accept the money and payment at a closed location.
