Closed, showed open on Google maps.Franchise owner FAILED to update Google maps, causing me wasting gas, time, and to disappoint my daughter. :(
So I’ve come here a handful of times with no issues. I placed an online order and pickup said it would be ready by 8:10. I arrive at 8:06 and walk up to the counter. One of the employees greets me with “you need something” to which I was respond “yes, I’m here for an line pickup” and she responds with “oh it’s gonna be a minute” and walks away; Mind you, the tone of voice and delivery was not pleasant and rather rude. They close at 9 so I’m not ordering at the last minute. I work in the service industry and know it can be frustrating. It’s also possible that she was having an off day but none of this excuses her rude attitude towards a customer. I’ll try it again but this type of behavior is typically something that will deter me from returning to an establishment.
At 8 PM the lady behind the counter seemed tired and was not patient with my order. I will give her that, but that doesn't mean behaving rudely with a customer is approriate. She didn't have the patience to make two simple sandwiches. Kept erring all the while. Didn't want to buy the sandwich anymore, but bought it anyway. Never going in again.

Fast assembly line, presentable food prep, cookies NOT over-baked, wonderful staff, well managed, clean store… KEEP IT UP!! ❤️
Nice place to get healthy food
I've typically had good experiences here but today my sandwich upon opening flooded out at me, which I've had the same sandwich made before, there was way too much lettuce put in so that the rest of my toppings would just not fit in. A bit disappointed
