Date 02/06/22 lady working the bread area around 3pmMy girlfriend was charged over $8.00 for water over some confusion over smaller cups and complementary cups. So she asked for her money back and was confronted by an employee giving a hard time and embarrassing her. So I went to the counter to clear up what happened and ultimately get water for our children. I asked 2 questions. 1) Is the water really $2?... And 2) If someone asks for small water why not default to the free water?...The employee from the other end of counter, that gave my girlfriend a hard time, started yelling at me about the water and the money. FURTHERMORE she continued to talk to other customers in front of me about it, turning it into even a more embarrassing situation. As I left I looked at her as she continued to talk about the water to other customers and she Shouted loudly have A NICE DAY in a very sarcastic tone.Could have been totally avoided i feel, and I can't understand why problem-solving skills weren't used. I.e just get the complementary water was the confusion was acknowledged.
What the heck it said online open and they said it's closed very bad staff. girl there I don't understand from where people get that attitude ?? lol anyways.
Manager closed the store 2 hours early because they were swamped. Instead of jumping behind the counter and giving them a hand. One employee shouted that he quit with a line of 10 customers. Obviously the workers are stressed and management are too important to get their hands dirty to help alleviate some of that stress.
They are close all the time without warning, and all lights are on! They have a very bad management problem.
Horrible I order my food online when I got there the guy rudely said it would be 20 mins even after the app had said it was ready and on top of that The line was empty and they had 4 people working the lady there was sweet so I’ll give them that
This store desperately needs more experienced managers running it.The other day, I went here to pick up dinner for the family. Half way through telling them what I wanted on my sub, I was told they didn't have American cheese (their most popular choice I'm sure). Not a problem, though. These things happen, so I told him I'd take different cheese.He proceeds to toast my sub and when it comes to adding veggies/dressing, I was told they didn't have Italian dressing (I ordered an Italian BMT) because it was no longer being offered by Subway. I then asked for the vinaigrette dressing, which is similar to the Italian. He told me they didn't have any left.Not only did they not have 2 big ingredients of the sub I had ordered, but they failed to let me know this until the sub was basically already made.It's one thing to be short on ingredients, but it's another thing to keep this from your customer until they are already frustrated with the situation.Do better.

Manager was very helpful in helping me find something I would enjoy eating employees where very sweet and fast paced..!!
This restaurant is soo empty stuff they have no ranch,no soda,no coca nothing, you guys should NOT go to this restaurant
