Slowest drive thru I’ve ever been to.

Stay away ... 30 mins to get a coffee does not seem right.

Just went in at 9 a.m. and had a mobile order. The lady working the mobile section ignored me. Didn't greet or ask if I had a mobile order. Kept me waiting and helped the people before me. I was okay with this. But, when she finished she still ignored me. Several minutes later, she greeted and asked for order information from 2 new customers that walked in after me. When I got upset she said I was suppose to tell her why I was waiting and that she wasn't suppose to ask. Yet, she did ask the two new customers and claimed she didn't know if I had ordered or not. Basically, blaming me for her rude, incompetent behavior. I have been going to this location for years and only had an issue with this one lady. Generally, I have had good experiences at this location. On another occasion this lady gave me grief but I gave her the benefit of the doubt ( having a bad day, or busy morning). But this time I felt the need to complain. I did make a customer complaint and the company apologized for my negative experience. They offered a refund which wasn't my goal. I simply wanted to inform Starbucks of their employee bad behavior.

The worst customer service! It was 10 ppl working if not more! I asked "Kelly" the manager to check to price of the holiday cups which says 30% off...online as well....they all were ringing up regular price. She says that she doesn't have time to look at what is on sale and did not stock that display. Its not like its even 20 items! I was a customer just like everyone else....yet I either took what she was saying or move out the way. I was ready to spend alot of money on gifts and cards for co-workers that drink this on a regular basis....No more! I'll spend else where!

My favorite treat I like to give myself. The staff is always friendly and the coffee is yummy.

Usual Starbucks experience. Nice staff a normal drive thru times.

It's your basic Starbucks good service.

Just saying.... open your lobby on Sunday’s. More traffic, more $$? Hire people. Stop being part of the problem and start being part of the solution. There are copious amounts of people in search of work, even for minimum wage.This is not the Starbucks way.Unless you have a better explanation as to why the lobby must be closed on Sunday's or even just for mobile order pick up?

I love this starbucks location. When I had my internship I stopped by there almost every morning to get my iced coffee and the workers are super nice and quick at expediting the orders for people. Never have I ever had to wait long at all for my drink even when they're busy. One employee that shined the most to me was this sweet African American girl who started to remember my name in the morning for mobile pickup. When I went in and she was working she would just ask me if its a pick up for Emily and I would happily say yes! And she handed me my drink. I felt so welcome and special, she makes my mornings when I go there along with any of the other employees! Would recommend to stop by there on your morning routine.
