I like this location, lot of students, it's a vibrant feel. They always do their best to make the order right, that's always a challenge.
I love ALL the staff here! Nothing but joy and love. I don’t come in as often anymore but they are always so kind when I walk in the door
There is not a phone number listed on google. As I tried to talk to the “manager” she kept interrupting me and telling me that wasn’t her problem. Well, it is your store and that is a problem if customers can not accurately order their drinks on the app. This has not been a problem with any other Starbucks location I have been to. Not a problem, I will go back to getting my drink at Rochester.
My number one to-go coffee option, just order ahead on the app and grab it on your way to school/work.
Terrible experience. I’m not one to give one star to places I’ve been to, I understand that things can be overwhelming for the workers and cause mishaps to happen, but the service I got was unacceptable.I ordered a venti iced Chai Tea latte with no ice. It’s a simple order, but apparently adding the usual six pumps of chai, PLUS TWO more pumps, was too difficult for the barista to actually do. First drink they sent out, it looked like milk. Tasting it, it tasted like milk. So, it was sent back. The woman giving out the drinks asked, “you wanted two pumps, right?” In response, I say, “two additional pumps of chai to the usual six that’s put in there.” Can’t send back the drinks because we drank out of them (mind you, it was me and my mom getting two beverages), so we’re stuck with two large cups of milk.They go to make us another two. What could go wrong, right? It was clarified how many pumps we wanted…No.Again, we’re given two completely milky wannabe chai tea lattes.So in the end, we left completely disappointed and annoyed. Neither of us wanted to go through a whole debacle of holding someone’s hand in putting eight pumps of chai in to two drinks. Moral of the story, don’t go here if you want to keep your sanity.
This location is way understaffed to be running inside and drive thru services… wait times were far longer than estimated for mobile order drinks.
They didn’t take off my birthday drink, and also did not give me what I ordered… a chocolate croissant. Not the best way to start my birthday :( we tried to tell the barista I had my birthday drink but she disregarded.
Love to order online and then just pick it up! Easy and simple.. No waiting in line....
Great spot for an easy coffee. Never too crowded if you go at the right time. And with a drive through if you're in a rush!
I ordered a simple vanilla sweet cream cold brew double vanilla this morning. While waiting at the window for 10 minutes I witnessed threw the glass 6 other drinks being made and lined up to be handed out the drive threw window. Then my drink was made, after I completed my short drive to work I took a sip of my coffee and that's exactly what I got. Bitter, nasty, regular Starbucks coffee poured over ice. No vanilla, definitely not double vanilla and CERTAINLY NOT SWEET! For the amount of workers, and for what these drinks cost the LEAST they can do is make it correct. Every I go to this location on Squirrel there's an issue. I let time pass, forget and go back only to be reminded that every time there's something incorrect about the order. I guess I'll stick with the ones on Baldwin at 75 and the one in Lake Orion on 24. Unless you have a super simple order like black coffee, stay away from this location on Squirrel.
