The Sbarro came back after being gone for years! I came a couple days ago and got a pepperoni pizza with 2 breadsticks and a large soda. Still as good as I remember!

Lady tried to server me old dried up pizza that had been sitting there for god knows how long. I was able to get fresh slices though after asking. It was near closing time so I'm not sure why she tried to do that to me. Other than that, it was good food.

I ordered a pasta, a cheese pizza, and a Sierra Mist. The pasta was warm and you could see the steam on the plastic lid. The pizza, on the other hand, was just room temperature because it was sitting out for a bit before I ordered it. The Sierra Mist was also okay, kind of watered down and I kind of tasted sweeter in it in the beginning? But it was fine overall. But I got everything underneath 10 dollars, so it was a worthy investment. The staff was nice too! Just keep your hands behind the glass lol.

We have been to this location, at first I thought maybe the worker was having a bad day so we let it slide that he was being rude. We went back again a couple weeks later and he was just as rude :( If you ask a question or ask for anything he will not reply…so we don’t know whether he heard us or not. He threw the pizza into the oven and I was served half a piece of pizza …horrible experience

I visited the Sbarro's at great lakes crossing mall in Auburn hills. I asked for a water and when I went to pay for my food I realized my bill was high. The worker didn't give me a receipt so I asked for one. When I looked he charged me for a fountain drink even though I got tap water. I brought this to his attention and he said they charge for the cup. I said I didn't know you charge for water and he got loud and said we don't, we charge for the cup...why didn't you inform me before I ordered? He dumped out the water and filled it with pop for me at the request of my sister..He didn't offer. I am never giving Sbarro my business again because I think what they did is shady and he was probably hoping I wouldn't notice.

There was a long line and I think the staff & management did a great job with keeping the line moving. I love Sbarro's. It was worth the wait!

Went to Sabaro today and I asked the gentleman working there what size pizzas do you guys sell, he looked at me like I was speaking in a foreign language, so I asked do they come in small medium or large, at that point his coworker jumped in and said it only comes in 1 size 17” which was a little too big for me, so there alternative is you can buy pizzas by the slice, so I’m again talking to the original person helping me, I asked him what’s the freshest thing out right now, he said everything is fresh, keep in mind he has about 6 different pizzas you could choose from and a oven that could maybe fit 3 at a time. So I asked him not to lie to me. (Awkward silence) so I pointed and asked if that was the freshest one out and said “sure” at that point I walked away. I had personally worked in the pizza making business for 4 years so Ik how things operate to an extent. Basically the customer service there sucked. Was really craving a nice fresh pizza but wasn’t even given the opportunity to:(

I can’t believe the person making the pizza’s wasn’t wearing gloves. I’ve never been more grossed out seeing a pizza made. Do not go here, they’re completely unsanitary.

Gross... the lady making the pizzas has twobinch fingernails and not wearing gloves. I was in the pizza business for years and years and thats disgusting. I love Sbarro but I just walked away.

I'm happy that Sbarro's is back at Great Lakes Crossing Outlet in Auburn Hills! That other pizza joint there, which replaced Sbarro's, wasn't that good to me at all...
