The waitress was very nice and got a cool glass but the prices are outrageous
Chips were stale, hostess was extremely rude! Waitress was nice but too busy to attend to our table l.
Host was rude 20 minutes early for reservation and was very dismissive.
First time weâve been able to go to a restaurant for a long time without our toddler trying to leave his seat and run around. His attention was kept the entire time by animals, storms, coloring and food. Itâs pricey but worth it.
Took 45 mins for our food and it was cold. Ambiance was fun but too dark and too noisy for conversation.
We called and were told Rainforest Cafe is reservation only so Iâm so happy we were able to book a spot. We had a nice table with an amazing waitress who was attentive and talked directly to my kids which made them feel comfortable ordering their own food. The food prices arenât terrible. The kids meals are very reasonable and adult meals vary depending upon what you get. I ordered the chicken quesadilla and it was very good and fill and it all came out pretty quickly. We love the atmosphere and think itâs a really fun place to eat at when we are in town. The thunderstorm freaked my toddler out a little but we kept reassuring him that (and the tigers) werenât real even though some of the animals moved. We love it and will be back!
The young lady who served us was excellent. She was polite attentive good-natured and very efficient.
Our waitres. Erin was fantastic as were all the staff
Food was on the colder side, waiter was super nice, but I had to ask him multiple times for multiple things-drink refills, condiments, etc. overpriced food, but you pay for the experience.
Food is good but expensive. Atmosphere is fun but starting to look run down.
