Don't stop at this Qdobo, worst one ever. No filling in our quesadilla, worst customer service, and to top it off, the health department should close them down for lack of cleanliness. I should have taken a picture of their disgustingly dirty soda machine. After I saw that, I didn't even want to eat my food. GROSS!

I've ordered on door dash twice since my Qdoba closed . Both time I DID NOT recieve the chips and queso I ordered. First time I thought it was an oversight, second time I realized this store A: doesn't have queso or B: doesn't care AT ALL about door dash orders and purposely shorts them. Either way, I reported them to door dash twice, second time notifying them they aren't delivering sides. Get your act together, trashy store. No way was twice a mistake. If I order again and the chips and queso are missing, I will put a call in to door dash and make sure they KNOW there is a pattern. Ripping off customers is bad. Have some respect or close...

I'm so frustrated with this qdoba. I am a frequent customer, we recently moved to the area and I was so glad to have a qdoba near me but they rarely make the food decent at this location. Every time I order the meat is incredibly burnt/overcooked. And when the meat on the inside is not overcooked, it has charcoal-looking burnt on meat on the OUTSIDE of my food because they couldn't bother to clear the grill before putting my quesadilla together. I hate leaving bad reviews but something needs to be done here because I love qdoba food but I can no longer order from here because it is never good. My last order I couldn't even eat half of because it was so covered in char and nastiness from the grill. I gave way too many chances and it never got better.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had in a restaurant. I was greeted with frowns and dirty looks. I was not Informed that I had to wait for peppers for my quesadilla. Employees looked like they had been wearing the same clothes for weeks without washing them. Pop machine hadn't been cleaned in what looked like weeks.

I came in to Qdoba for a second time in a row for dinner. I had a wonderful dinner the night before. The food was prepped by a young man with no Afro, I regret not knowing his name. He seems to be skilled in all areas, but he is particularly nice and always has a good attitude. He appears to be new staff and he is the best worker I’ve ever had. Very sadly the second night, he was very busy and was not my server. The general manager, Keith is in his name, white with light hair, was my server. He was maybe the 2nd worst server I’ve ever had at Qdoba (9+years). I thought we were in control of what comes on a entree? For the first time, I was denied beans in my quesadilla. I don’t get why he didn’t drain them with the spoon. I have never been denied the right to have anything on my entrée. I wasn’t even given beans on the side. It was a weird feeling then I felt bad for the vegetarians who came that day. No beans!? This also confused the other servers. This store is in big trouble when the manager is ok to start closing at 7:30. He was sloppy, things were a real mess. I think he really doesn’t like being there or working with people. He didn’t care about anything being the right way, he wanted to be done, no matter the cost. The line is always filthy. I have only had one good experience here at this location with the new young gentleman, he deserves a promotion to have to deal with the problems here. One last thing, I think you should ENFORCE hairnets, hairnets, hairnets to anyone with a visor. Hair falls out, it’s just a fact, there is no way people

We frequent Audi Qdoba, but this was the first we had a very bad experience. First we had to wait for white rice, then the quesadilla had about 10 pieces of dried out chicken on it, ordered a chicken bowl and they said we had to wait on the chicken so they left the rest of the food in the bowl on the counter to get cold while the chicken came out. Not a good $34 spent

Service was terrible, the person making my food wasn't listening to my direction and kept forgetting ingredients that I was asking for. I guess we have to be thankful people were there to work, but take a little pride in your job.

On the plus side, servers were friendly. The food was good. Portion sizes have gotten smaller, like everywhere these days. On the negative, it is beyond dirty. We were one of the first customers at opening and still couldn’t find a clean table. Pop machine is disgusting. Floors are filthy. The glass screen for food hasn’t obviously been cleaned in some time. Workers are standing around chatting… manager too. Not impressed.

This place cracks me up. The guys that work here are so funny. I'm in and out of here all the time doing doordash and they are so nice to me.

Nasty, Nasty , Nasty!!!!!!!! This place was so trifling!!! I went inside after placing an order online for pick up the place was filthy and a bunch of kids was playing around while preparing my food, (no mask)I got so grossed out that I trashed the whole thing once I got it home!!!!!!Needs the health department to shut it down immediately!!!!!!
