Pizza sucked...not enough sause...mentioned medium madness commercial ...phoned coperate...they knew nothing about it...wings wernt any better than Banquet frozen wings...guy sitting by the door introduced me to his new manager...wearing his hat backwards...im not going. Back

Nice Valentine’s Day pizza. It would have been great if there had been more topping options. The staff were not rude at all when I went to pick up my order.
I hope there is place to give negative review. I always used to go to rochester hills place but move recently so started ordering here. Very rude staff ,gave me attitude and when i went tl pick up my order i heard them talking bad about me saying i was arrogant. Never have anyone say that to me. Very disappointed. Probaby not going to order from this place anymore.
Beyond the worst customer service I have ever had with a business. The store “manager” who answered the phone proceeds to tell me that once the pizza leaves “his” store, they have no way of knowing when or where it will arrive because they have no supervision over their drivers. Our pizza has been out for deli every for 40 mins and still no pizza in sight. The so called manager is on a power trip and he doesn’t care about the customers.
Had to order remotely for a team function and the owner was very patient with me and helped get the right order. And everyone loved the pizza too. Would definitely order again!
