First time at this location. Was greeted & seated quickly. Food was great. Awesome staff! It doesn't get much better than that!

Understaffed and a little dirty (they were cleaning the back while we were trying to eat). I got the original Olga and it tasted like every other original Olga I’ve gotten - yummy lamb and yummier bread. Wait staff were nice enough but were also kind of bumming around the front of the store.

Good spot for a quick lunch...food is stellar and totally unique. Staff was friendly and attentive to our kiddos. Nice job.

I ordered by phone and the food was ready in about 5 min. Quick service.I was surprised to pay almost $14 for the order. I told who I believe was the manager and she looked like a deer in headlights. I asked if the prices had gone up and she responded with she doesn't have anything to do with the prices and it was probably due to covid. It would have been appropriate to offer information regarding coupons or special offers. The cashier was much more pleasant and personable. I love Olgas but won't revisit this location as I had also seen the person who I believe to be the mgr in the kitchen for at least 10 minutes without a hair net on a previous occasion. The kitchen door has windows.

Great food! I had the gala apple salad and enjoyed every bite. It had super fresh ingredients, was a great portion, and fair prices.

Everything was great. The food, waitress. Not crowded at all. Everyone was very friendly

Love Olga’s bread! They were short staffed (like everywhere these days) but our server was so pleasant and hard working, we hardly noticed.

I’m a regular here at Olgas (student at OU) and when I went today around 7:45 they were super packed & I overheard my waitress Tena screaming and using excessive profanity at another waitress. I’ve never seen anything like this at any establishment I’ve ever been to, let alone from a woman who appeared to be in her 60s. I’ve literally never witnessed anything like this in my entire life. Very unprofessional and inappropriate; especially in front of customers. This greatly concerned me because now I’m wondering what standards you uphold your employees too. Heavily reconsidering my regular visits if this is what I’ll have to witness.

They sat me at a dirty table which should be unacceptable given the precautions for covid and such. The orange cooler tasted like it had a cleaning solution in it. I received my cold salad at the same time I received my hot sandwich

Very bad experience, disappointed with both food and service. To start with waitress looked uninterested to serve and she did not even tell us that menu from barcode has more items than menu gave us at the table and when we realized that she responded saying’I already put in your order’. We ordered spinach and feta dip and there was too much seasoning on the chips so chips are too salty and hard to eat. I ordered Olga’s way sandwich, it was tasteless and not enough sauce. Overall very bad experience and I wouldn’t come here again.
