cashiers were so drugged up they couldn’t even open their eyes, they only put one patty on our McDouble, food was all cold, they didn’t give us our fries last time, and when we called to complain they continuously hung up on us and refused to give corporate number. 10 out of 10 would not recommend. I’ve had better service/food from the Flint locations, and that’s saying something. Will not be returning for overpriced cold food we will not even receive half of from people who can’t even open their eyes or hold receipt paper. Rude staff terrible food.
This McDonald's don't like opening the doors during buisness hours I drive a big work truck can't go through drive thru wanted a hot coffee and breakfast but couldn't order due to locked doors during normal buisness hours !!! I seen another customer dealing with same issue you don't want buisness then ill go to a McDonald's who opens the door during normal buisness hours!!
Not very happy with this McDonalds. They never get the food right. I ordered Pancakes and I did not get any sausage with it nor did I get any syrup with them. I was on my way to work and did not know this til I got to work. NOT HAPPY!!!
This McDonald’s actually cares about putting out good food. Highly impressed.
Never ate here, nor would I. What is wrong with everyone, ordering from a place that's practically built into a literal garbage mountain? How do you have any appetite to want to eat something from a place that must reak like trash. Shame on McDonald's for thinking so low of people that they'd eat their garbage, next to garbage. Not even sure how this is legally zoned for food ???
This is the best McDonald's ever , of it's busy it's ok the line will go fast. Fries always fresh that's the best part.
Food was good but order was wrong after repeating my order multiple times. Workers weren’t rude but someone needs to teach them some type of customer service. Placing your hand out of a window for payment is not how you collect it. How am I supposed to know how much it is when no one told me?!?! Same when I got my food at the second window. The lady handed me the bag and didn’t say a word.MANAGEMENT LOOK AT THE REVIEWS FOR THIS PLACE SO YOU CAN ACTUAL FIX WHATS WRONG!!
Didn't have the option to give negative stars! My husband just was at the drive through, got us both quarter pounders and they were RAW! Like I'm talking bright pink in the middle! Like the employees just slapped them on the grill and took them right back off, I get you're short staffed but that is ZERO excuse for serving freaking RAW meat to customers! We will never come back to this location, I will drive out of my way to go to a different location! That's absolutely disgusting!

This place has gone down hill. I've been waiting for 20mins them people already parked have been here long than me. Terrible... and they want $15 dollars a hr. Yeah right!
