Don’t bother going here. Ordered on the app. Pulled up to the window and they attempted to give me the wrong order. Then they told me that I owed them $5, even though I paid on the app, showed them the price, and the confirmation that I paid. They just kept repeating I owed them $5. Try hiring people with basic intelligence that care about their job.

Sat in line for 20 minutes. Told to pull out front and wait. I waited for 10 minutes. I get my order and it's completely wrong. I wait another 20 minutes in line to get my order corrected. I go to the first window. The woman cuts me off saying "next window" and shuts the window before I can even explain how my order was wrong. Go to the next window and tell them that my order was wrong while showing them my receipt. They give me my stuff finally and I check my order. As I'm starting to drive off, I hear one lady talking to the drive thru lady screaming "what did he say?" Sorry, but I refuse to yell, scream and be rude. But I will tell other people about your rude and unprofessional behavior.

We were in a big truck that could not make it through the narrow drive thru. They don't have curb side pick-up, and the lobby is locked at 7 pm. The manager did allow us to walk up to the window, but employees need to be aware they can do that for large trucks.

Asked for a 4 piece got 3 nuggets!

Waited in a slow drive thru line (25min got maybe 10 cars) to be told that their ice cream machine is down and they don’t have any shakes or flurries of any kind. It was literally the only reason I stopped, there’s no way to bail out of the drive thru line once you’re in it, and there’s no way to know that ice cream is out until you’re already practically all the way through the line and ordering…

Great place order food here. There lobby is open. Grea trace go eat here if you fancy mcdonalds.

The location it absolutely terrible. The staff is rude and aggressive. I continue to receive uncooked/ cold food and the manager is not good at resolving customers issues. I recommend they close this location and place a more suitable food option in its place.

Wife is diabetic. Sometimes people get her iced coffee wrong by adding sweetener to it and they gladly make a proper coffee with out the sweetener that is bad for diabetes. This location chose to argue stating it was the manager who made it correct! They got the manager and told my wife that she made it correctly, which she did not!!! Never had such a bad reaction to McDonald's mistake!McDonald's better replace the argumentive manager or they will not have any customers. This is the first negative report that I have ever written in over 10 years.My advice, drive to another McDonald's even if it is 20 miles away. You will be glad you did!

They've gotten waaaayyy better over the last year so +2 stars. They still forget the hashbrown sometimes on the breakfast meals. ?‍?Still better than 2yrs ago when they weren't getting anything correct in my order. I'd order a bacon McGriddle and somehow get a ham and egg English muffin. Happened quite frequently which is ridiculous.

Proud of the team members. I asked for them to cook my food fresh. They did and it was great. Good service and everyone was working.
