Great place for casual dining
Kimchi Box is such a hidden gem and it’s one of my favorite places to go to when craving something delicious. My top 3 go to orders are the boneless thighs, kimchi fries & bulgolgi tacos! The chicken thighs are so crispy and I would recommend getting the half and half sauces to give you a great mix of flavor. The kimchi fries are some of the best fries around and the bulgolgi tacos are a must try. The staff is always very friendly and you can dine in or get a carry out. If you’ve never had Kimchi Box and love Korean food, then this place is a must try!
The amount of bibimbap is crazy.I was so full that I packed it.Chicken was expected and delicious.The price is also reasonable.But it was a bit disappointing that the drinks were close to the taste of water.
My go to place for Korean Fried Chicken. Although Novi location is bigger than this. I thoroughly enjoyed the food and the customer service. Definitely worth giving it a try !
This place is amazing! From Bulgogi to Bibimbop and everything in between you can't go wrong here. The Korean Fried Chicken was soooo tasty. They even have a fried chicken sandwich that puts Chick-fil-A to shame!
If you haven’t tried this yet, you’re missing out for sure!! We have ordered quite a few times now, making a point to try different items. Everything has been so consistent whether ordered through delivery or pickup & it’s all absolutely delicious! 10/10
I really enjoyed my chicken sandwich with fries which comes packaged in a cute box for togo orders. The sandwich had good flavor with some spice, loaded with kimch and vegetables. This seems like good value for the money.The fries were ordered as seasoned fries but did not have any spice from what I could tell. They also could have used a dipping sauce. I was disappointed that I placed a togo order and was not given sauce. The size of the fries is good, thick ones, not dinky shoe string. Also a good amount of food, large sandwich and amount of fries.If you decide to dine in, the dining area has plenty of seats and was clean. If you have left overs you can pick up a container by the condiment station for packaging.
I ordered Bibimbap and Kimchi Fries via Grubhub. Everything tasted delicious and delivery was very fast. I took couple stars off because I paid extra for Tofu and Bulgogi to added to my Bibimbap, it is missing Bulgogi. Also, when I placed order, I have requested to including Utensils from both Restaurant's app and Grubhub was noted too, just in case. It was also missing, I had to search for utensils elsewhere, by the time I get back the fries got cold.
What's not to love about having a quick service Korean taco spot in what I once thought was a wasteland. Tried two tacos and the potato dogs. Bulgogi taco was solid but the real winner was their spicy pork, similar to al pastor. The potato dogs were the real star, fried cheese on a stick, studded with fries and dusted with donut sugar. This is carnie food of the gods. Going to try the bibimbap next visit and bring more potato dogs home .
It was my third time ordering from this place yesterday. When we opened one of the boxes, there was a huge piece of iron scrubber sitting on top of the wings. It’s not like a tiny piece you can possibly miss while packing. It was too big to be ignored. I immediately took a photo of it after opening the box but will not post it to save others from being disgusted. I also kept it so I can take it to my next order and show them along with the picture. I was accompanied by the guests and i didn’t want to make a fuss during our lunch so I’m leaving a review now. The food was good and tasty though. If we didn’t have this scrubber thing in our food, it would’ve been a perfect lunch. Whether it’s a mistake, they must pay attention to their hygiene. Please be careful next time!!!
