To whom it may concernI got old fries after waiting about 3 minutes for my food. I pulled forward and drove back thru drive thru, asked the young lady who was not the manager to get the manager. she refused talked to the manager Chantelle who was out of sight and I cud here her saying he ain't getting a refund . The drive thru personnel had no name tag is rude on all my weekly visits. I work down the street. Such pitty the service quality. Then they told me to pull off the timer which I refused bcuz why y'all faking SOS when y'all giving nasty rude unfriendly service.I want a refund which I was refused, really I will be going back with those disgusting fries which I took pictures see for your self and I got a 75% filled carton also. To hand to the General Manager with my receipt. No problem ladies y'all thought y'all won, not. Corporate was more than happy to take my complaint.Never ever again will I eat at this chain again anywhere, one bad apple ruined it for the brand and gas $5.00 and they serving nasty old fries...Not any more

You have a snotty I’m guessing assistant manager working here which makes it even worse . I will not pick up anymore orders from here. First the order was marked for pickup and I went through the drive through that had zero cars and was told to come inside. Every time I have came to the doors they are locked accept when the manager with the attitude is there. She had a nasty attitude saying the food isn’t ready I have to come inside. I said once before about 3 months ago I will not do another pickup from here and being all of the complaints and you still have the same managers it will definitely be my last time here. I will not accept anyone yelling at me I don’t care who they are and if I wasn’t picking up a 15$ order I would have left it.Update: accidentally took another order from this place and went back same manager seems to always have a attitude. Told me my order was right there grabbed it took it to the customer, and they forgot to give me the drink.. or did she forget or was it on purpose? Either way I wish this restaurant would opt out of door dash, grub hub and Uber eats it’s just a horrible place to try and pick up your food

We stopped at the KFC on Opedyke Rd in Auburn Hills, MI. We ordered a famous bowl and 2 biscuits and asked for butter for said biscuits after leaving the line We realized there was not only no butter, but we didn't not have utensils to eat with. We did not want to wait in line as we already awaited our turn and there were 6-7 cars waiting in line. My husband WALKED to the window, apologized to the car at the window who was very happy to let my husband ask for what we needed. The employee told my husband that it was rude of him to cut in front of the cars to ask for a spoon and butter. Maybe an apology for the inconvenience and fix the issue and get on with your day wiild be a better response. Upon seeing the many terrible reviews on here I am no longer surprised but remain disappointed. Do better

It gets worse and worse every time I go there. I went this past Saturday and they said they don't have any deals when there's a sign saying they have deals. They claim they don't have deals on Saturday. I order anyways after she said there's no deals but when I asked to give me half crispy and originals she said they don't have crispy so I canceled my order and she said bye. Sounds rude if you ask me. I will not go to this location anymore. Btw hire people who wants to work.

Unfortunately I took a sip before noticing the mold growing ON and IN my cup. How could you guys justify sending this out to innocent people? This is a HEALTH HAZARD.

The manager in this KFC is the rudest individual. I'm a delivery driver and I went through the drive through to pick up the order. I have done this previously with no issues. Today she was ride stating she did not have the order and that it would be 30 minutes. When I decided to just go ahead and have GrubHub cancel the order instead of waiting the 30 minutes (because that's not reasonable for delivery drivers) She said she could make it right now. All doing so with an unprofessional attitude I didn't want to hear to ruin my day ..It should have already been made or be on it's way to being made. When I approached the window I was told I have to come inside. She is not only rude to delivery drivers but also the staff trying to ask her questions. She just ignored the young lady in the back asking for help. There is a $500 sign on bonus here if you're looking for a job. She really needs to be replaced if she's that unhappy with her job. Very unprofessional management. Ratchet is the better word. She got me together but I promise it wasn't with ease.

Can not adequately describe how bad my last experience there was. Their posting states they close at 9:30 during the week, I pulled into the drive thru at 8:40 and was told they had no more chicken after ordering a family bucket, I replied I thought they closed at 9:30 and they replied "no we close in 2 minutes " ( I assume this means they now close at 8:42?) Anyhow they suddenly came up with 4 pieces of chicken, I asked if I could get fries with it, nope, no fries either. Ok, then I'll take the 4 pieces of chicken and 2 sides. Your total will be $30. Ummm the family meal, which is what I wanted, was 19.99 and had several pieces of chicken, sides and biscuits. Needless to say, we didn't have children that night.

I would not be suprised if Faith who works drive through was responsible for every bad review here. I ordered a 6pc tender meal and she told me they do not sell them. I asked for an 8 piece instead and they told me that was fine. When i received my food i got 8 drumsticks instead and when I asked for an exchange she told me I didnt order tenders and said bye on the speaker afterwards she mocked my voice.
