Meh is the word I would use to describe this place. Food was decent for a food court, but fries are undercooked and cold. For the couple times I have been there, pricing has stayed the same, but my bill is always different and the cashier provides a mumbly poor answer as to why.
Nasty and disgusting!!! The cashier clerk is sick and coughing all over her hands before putting the food inside bags and handing it to people. I clearly saw her do this not once but twice so I asked her to wash her hand before taking my order she made a smart comment and went to the back to talk to the cook they both laughed and I just walked away. Can’t trust these restaurants now days especially the ones that need to be over the wall.

Loved it! Haven't had a good Kerbys Koney dog in a long time and it's just as good as it was back then. Very good onion rings too!?
My kids first time to try a koney as we aren’t from here. There was no wow factor but they are glad they tried what is so popular out here. My son said it was no different than a regular hot dog. They did add some chili, mustard and onions which added more taste to the hot dog. He did like the onions that added crunch to the hot dog. He did like the fries as he said there was flavor and was of decent portion.
I was waiting in line with my one year old son and 2 year old niece to get hotdogs for them when the worker told me I had to get out of line because they are closed. Even though I had already been waiting in line for several minutes and it was only 5:20 I was still told to back out of the line. Its very clearly listed that they close at 6:00pm not 5:20pm. All of the other restaurants were still serving customers and had people in their lines. The other customers were so disturbed by the rudeness that they added my son and nieces hotdogs to their order. After a fun day at the aquarium they really ended the day with horrible experience. Their management needs to work on training their employees to have some compassion and how to provide customer service.

This place is absolutely disgusting! We went in for lunch today and our food came cold and after we ate we immediately started feeling sick and my 2 year old started throwing up a lot in the car and now we are all sick now and we left there 2 hrs ago
