Messed up my order the first time with not putting meat on that I paid for, realized my meat wasn’t on by biting into the sandwich and then opening it looking all around. Called complained got a replacement sandwich made that had no oil and vinegar this time and they wanted the sandwich back that I bit off and touched all on. Smh need better employees!

Prior to the big game hunting antics of the CEO of this chain, I did enjoy their subs. However, as he and others exploit and murder exotic wild animals, I refuse to frequent this chain EVER AGAIN.

Terrible management. Have not trained there employees at all on how to deal with customers, especially when busy. Thankfully they can make a sandwich well. Had lunch here and there was a rush right after I got my food, I sat down and ate it in store. Looks like a bunch of online orders came through at once so the employees started to IGNORE customers walking in. One guy came in, went up to the register, grabbed a bag of chips and waited almost 10 minutes before a employee said kind of rudely, "We have no bread!". The guy apologized and left. Soon after a family came in and the employees simply yelled we have no bread at them. The Mom said "Do you have wraps or anything" and the employee just pointed at the bread rack then at the tickets. The family stood there for a minute then left confused. This is managements fault 100%, how you let people this bad at dealing with customers and a rush run your store is terrible.

Guys were really quick good was great.

Worst service ever. It's taken ONE HOUR for my delivery order to get to me, and I'm in the apartment complex right across the street. I understand the store is under-staffed but if you can't fulfill basic customer service requirements due to staffing issues then just don't offer delivery at all. This is an embarrassment and the store owner should seriously consider firing the manager and replacing them with someone more competent. This is the fourth time this has happened in the last few months by the way - not just a fluke.

The last several times we have attempted to eat here, they have been closed, I understand that staffing is short, but you need to specify that you are closed online. Also, the one time we do get to eat here they get the order wrong Jimmy John's needs to fix a fee issues. I hate giving such a low rating.

I really like Jimmy John's. The food is very good and usually the customer service is not bad. However, on yesterday, 6/23/21; I experienced a young girl who had an extremely nasty attitude when i walked in. I asked her if she is having a bad day. She said, yea, I told her i can tell because you are taking it out on me. She said sorry but continued to display a terrible attitude. This place is very close to me and i do not want to travel elsewhere for a sandwich but i wii! Attitude is everyrhing!!!!

I ordered a sandwich for delivery at about 2pm today, hoping to have a late lunch. At 3pm it was marked out for delivery. It is now 3:30pm and there's still no sign of the delivery driver, and I'm leaving work. It's a shame, I wanted to enjoy a nice roast beef sandwich. I guess next time I'll be ordering from Potbelly's instead.
