Was in here today and 2 of the girls working were cussing up a storm and chatting amongst themselves very loud for 10-15 minutes. Using the F word at least 20 times. Very unprofessional as I'm trying to eat my sandwich and all I can hear is disgusting and trashy language. Will not be coming back.

I had never been to this Jimmy John's but decided to go here since I was in the area. I decided to get the #12 Beach club but in unwich style. Unwich just means a "sandwich" wrapped in lettuce rather than bread. It's perfect for me because I'm trying to not eat as many carbs post pregnancy! I did ask for a cup of water at the window, which I don't usually do but the worker was super at wanting to make sure I was good. Overall a good experience!
Checked the app before going, said they were open at 10:30. When I went to the drive through, no one was talking but they were inside, so I went to the drive through window and they said they didn’t open till 11am, and that it was catering day, so they couldn’t even give me a simple order of JUST the bread. Would avoid this location! Went to auburn hills university drive and was in and out in 5secs! Love that location!
My sub was completely empty aside from 3 pieces of meat! I understand that the slim sandwich is supposed to be plain but giving 3 pieces of meat doesn't even constitute this a sandwich.

Waiting at drive thru order station for over 15 mins and still no one took my order even though no car was in front of me. Clearly under staffed and will never be returning
$20 for 2 subs??Tuna Unwitch was terrible.Drive thru only at Auburn Hills.Less cement curbs at drive thru would help.
