Pizza and service were both mediocre, at best. There is absolutely no crispness to any of the pizzas I have ordered thus far. I am not sure if any pizza has ever had the correct toppings on them. The sauce for the bread sticks was hot, and the breadsticks were cold. The salad was halfway thrown together, with missing ingredients. Someone needs to really get this place in better shape. It used to be one of the best stops around. Now, it's just a shell of it's former glory.
The staff is always friendly and the food is always delicious. When I order delivery it's usually really fast. My friends have ordered large orders with little notice and have gotten their food quickly. I think this is the best Jet's Pizza in the state.
Ask that the crust not be burned and the last 4 times I ordered the crust was burnt and hard as a rock.....no more ordering from Jet's

I have been a Jets customer since the first store opened in Clawson. Tonight we ordered delivery from the website. When the order arrived 3 of 5 items were wrong. Called the store and the manager basically said we were lying, but finally agreed to replace one item. When the driver brought the corrected pizza, there was so much sauce on it it was basically inedible and soggy. So 70 dollars and 2 hours down the drain and we still have to get dinner somewhere else. Very disappointed.
Very good. Very salty this time. I'll ask next time, I will go back, if there is any way to have less salt.
