Jersey Ben was working when I came in he said my sandwich would "slap" and it did, but what really slapped was Ben's service. It felt like I was ACTUALLY in Jersey. Ben prepared my sandwich with the same skill and confidence as an experienced bartender, the kind that flip the bottles and set the drinks on fire, BUT FOR A SUB! Highly recommend visiting if Ben is working.

I've always had good experiences with Jersey Mike's. This was my first time ordering from this location - I ordered on the app for in store pick-up.When I arrived home and opened the sandwiches, one was so drenched in mayo it was inedible. You couldn't pick it up without it just falling apart.Note, there was no request for extra mayo, and even if there was, this was beyond excessive. Really disappointed in the quality, especially because someone knowingly prepared and packaged the sandwich that way.
The staff is always upbeat and willing to help. Nothing like a sub with meat carved right when you order it. And the hot subs, are grilled and given to you right when they come off. ?
Lee, Mike, and Kevin are phenomenal workers here at this location! I've been to alot of Jersey Mike's and I tell you what! This location is the best one hands down! I walked in having a bad day and hangry and right away they address me as I walked in the door and was ready to get my meals started! Lee and Mike both made my meal fast and efficient and Kevin made it better by making me laugh with a joke! Needless to say my day was turned around and I walked out of there feeling better! I will be back and will bring more people with me to witness this amazing experience!
I walked in during lunchtime and stood in line behind other customers, other people piled in behind me and the lady at the counter just ignored me and took everybody elses orders first.You will not be getting my buissness anymore, terrible staff.

My experience was not the best. We went in got a regular size sub for two of us one bag of chips and a pop and it was $38. Absolutely a rip off. I cannot believe the pricing and I will never go back. Not to mention I had extreme explosive diarrhea after
This is what I ordered:Regular #13 on the grillAdd baconAdd lite mayoGrill the onionsRosemary parmAdd oil and seasoning after it’s off the grillThis is what I got… a cold #13 that they didn’t even cut through all the way. This store has seriously gone down hill. Tried to call to get it resolved and the phone just keeps ringing. No one answers there.We got a big pickup order on the phone and the worker was rude and they didn’t even make it correctly. Do yourself a favor and go to the location on Walton.
This location makes the best subs. Slaps every time.
