Called and made a order for pick up! Only to get there and them to say they don't have a order! So had to make anther order because they said the guy taking the orders didn't hit send! I knew I should of went to jets ??? then to get my new order and they messed that up! The manager on shift was rude and would not give me her name to call and make a complaint at headquarters! Will not be going back to this location!
I've ordered from here for a long time and lately everytime I give it a try im disappointed. The breadsticks are being over cooked probably due to an improperly setup oven. Also the pizza.... whatever you do don't order a half cheese pizza because 2 of those slices are going to basically be a breadstick because the lack of cheese spread. I used to run a papa John's and thus place seems to be on a downward decline.
The pizza is never good in my opinion. Anytime I get one- its not fully cut and not hot. Never see the workers following standard food service procedures.

Hit or Miss on if they are delivering. We frequent this Hungry Howie’s and typically have no issues. This past time the blonde lady working behind the counter was unnecessarily rude. We’ve ordered delivery from this location at different time— but most often after 8pm. We actually called a littler earlier, this last time, probably around 7-7:30 and were told they are not delivering. We live less than 5 minutes away so it wasn’t a huge deal, just annoying. The woman acted like it was an everyday thing—- I promise you it’s not. Quality of products—always great! Staff—- could be encouraged to better assist their customers—-without entitlement.
Delivers to the wrong location, doesn't follow the special instructions on deliveries, honestly not sure if they stole the food or just gave it to a random person, then says you probably won't get anything in a condescending tone when you ask to speak to the manager. Very poor service would avoid this location with everything in me. Managers and employees are quite rude and me and my wife still didn't get our food and drink.
Pizza was cooked perfectly, nice and hot . I’m giving them two stars because the pizza was not cut so I had to rip the the pizza .No big deal if I was home unfortunately I was on break. Like who forgets to cut the pizza .
I love Hungry Howie's. First time having it once I moved here. Definitely a go to for a pizza, family night, night in or just budget friendly.
Ordered pizza they made me wait an hour for delivery and then called back and said the 3.2 miles was too far from their delivery area and they couldn’t deliver the pizza when I have had it delivered by them in the past using a different phone number
This location fails in comparison to other locations. Our family loved hungry (once a week) before moving next to this one. We’ve had undercooked pizza, over cooked pizza, pizza with no sauce and horrible customer service. Will not be returning to this location we gave it way to many chances.
