I've had a good experience here with one of the employees, she went out of her way to make sure that everything was good and enjoyable. She even gave me a free item which blew my mind(I won't say what because everyone will go there asking for one) but since she did that I go there more often just to support the business, not hoping for another freebie. I recommend this 5 guys if you like their food.
I'm a doordasher i frequently deliver from here. They are quick and punctual I usually only wait a few minutes usually for fries. They Always make sure the fries are fresh for my customers. Big man's behind the fries is always doing a great job. Recommend getting five guys if you're ordering two door dash.
Horrible attitude on employee. Would not fill ketchup. Literally said that is not her problem. I go where customers matter. Obviously not here!
Not bad. Food is ok. Made fresh to order. Had pieces of bone in my burger meat?. Food is also overpriced for what it's worth. Good but not worth that.
Good as always. Ordered a large fry and actually recieved less fries than other locations give for a regular. Usually I wouldn't complain about this but a large fry is close to $10 here!
The service was great! The food was good, but I spent over $30 for 1 bacon cheeseburger, 1 medium fries, 1 large drink, and 1 small hamburger.As much as I enjoyed everything else, I can't afford to eat here again. ? If it was affordable, I definitely would have given 5 stars! ?
Good food. Wish they added more ketchup and mayo, didn't taste like much on there. Was kind of a wait for the food but came out hot and good. I understand they had to cook it up fresh, so not a big deal, and prefer that as I know food just wasn't sitting there. Worth the wait.
The workers here are amazing they always have my doordash order ready within a few mins. They smile the the whole time and never complain about doordash customers like alot of restaurants do. Thank you all for being awesome and making my life easier.
I've never really walked out of a restaurant flabbergast. This was a first. I received a $10 gift card to Five Guys, so I went to get a simple meal. I was absolutely beside myself to find my $10 gift card wouldn't afford me a single plain hamburger, no cheese, no bacon. After taxes it would be 10 and some change. So a nothing special, non gourmet, ordinary burger, costs more than $10 for just the burger. Fries and drink are separate. I purchased food for my roommate tried a few fries, they were tasty but way over salted. You can always add more, you can't take it away. I will not be frequenting any Five Guys establishment. They are Grotesquely overpriced for a burger and fries. The quality is no where near what's being charged.
Fast paced, clean, and friendly. Our order was missing a few toppings but they quickly corrected.
