Went here randomly one day and got their fish and chips. It was amazing I will definitely be back
My partner and I were really craving a burger and found a killer deal at Bar Louie on Tuesday. We went in, sat down and waited patiently for about 25 minutes to be acknowledged. We are very understanding of the workforce crisis in service jobs. We then moved to a recently bussed table hoping to be more visible. Nothing for another 35 minutes. We decided we've been wanting to go to Duffy's for a while, and regardless of a deal or happy hour, we'd head there. Within seconds Lisa, from behind the bar, let us know to sit anywhere. A minute later she was at our table ready to take our drink order. It was pretty busy and Lisa appeared to be the only customer facing employee and was both bar tending and running tables. She absolutely killed it and turned our frustrating evening into a spot we are legitimately excited to go back to. The food was great and the drinks were flowing! As someone who seeks places with good culture, I will be recommending Duffy's to anyone looking for a local. Thank you, Lisa!
They didn't have potato skins. Supply glitch. They accommodated my gluten free request. Although charging $3.50 for a side of Cole slaw I thought a smidge excessive. Server was nice.
Hole in the wall type bar. Waitress/bar tender was curt and rude, but probably over worked as she was only one there. Hours have been reduced but not updated in their website.
Live Music, great atmosphere, and the food was outstanding. Only reason it wasn't a 5, they were little understaffed.
Worst bartender ever! Rude too. The only reason I am giving this two stars and not one is because they have ample amenities. Service goes a long way!
Food is great and the service is nice! Definitely like the aesthetic and feel too. Eclipse played and they were awesome while having a beer! Only 4 stars because their menu prices on Google are decently lower than they actually are.
Had a fun time as live band Eclipse was playing. We will be back if Eclipse is invited back again. Service was AAA great. Waitresses were very efficient and never had to wait. The only drawback is no real dance floor. ???. It was hard to dance on carpeting.
Stopped in for a Monday evening dinner. Pretzel and dip appetizer was fantastic. For dinner we had Duffy House salad, grilled chicken sandwich, , Quesadilla, and Mexican Pizza. All were very good, (Mex pizza was loaded with meat, could have had a little more mex spices in the meat to make it a little more mexican tasting). Also, was trivia night and the host was very friendly/engaging and made playing along very fun. Our bartender/server Ben did a great job. We for sure will come back again to this local pub!!
Always love coming here. Everyone is very laid back and the late night menu definitely is enjoyable.
