Stopped here tonight and was disappointed with the wait time and quality of our sandwiches. No one was in the place, it took 20+ minutes for our sandwiches to be made because they were focusing on DoorDash and online orders. Even after waiting, both my sandwich and another person in my party’s sandwich were wrong, and we were laughed at by the shift manager when we asked for an adjustment / new sandwich / additional toppings that were forgotten. Also, they offer “meal deals”, but we were charged for each item separately and not given any deal because the cashier didn’t know how to do it. I’ll be thinking twice before stopping at this location again.

It's a cool looking restaurant. We ordered 2 subs, they messed up our bread, forgot the sauce on my cowboy sub, and charged us for water. The food was good, ny sub would have been much better with the sauce though.

Auburn Hills location. Walked in today 6/1/22 at 2:15 in the afternoon with a colleague. We waited in line for ten minutes and there were no other customers in the restaurant. There were 3 or 4 employees which in unison ignored us the whole time. We walked out and went to Jersey Mike’s. I like Dibellas, I have been to the Ann Arbor and Bingham Farms locations many times. This was by far the worst counter (non)lunch experience I ever had.I don’t post reviews, but this had to be done for something to change and maybe some folks will have a better experience in the future.

I like the way how they start with small, medium, large sandwiches then your give you a list of every you choose of what you want. You have a # of your sandwich when is done. Eat in or take to home or pick and go fishing. Have for fun where ever you want to fun!

Was very impressed today. Recently switched to a low carb diet so asked for my sandwhich on a bed of spinach instead of bread. Young guy made me an awesome bowl with a nice bed of spinach and all my meat veggies and cheese on top. He put all my dressing on the side and gave me a ton to make a really great salad. Had never tried this before, but will be back again.Great service highly recommend.

I have eaten here a few times over the past month. The quality of the sandwiches has been second to none. Quality products are being used to build the subs and the amount of items has been appreciated. This is a quality product that I will continue to purchase. We found this location by mistake but now tell everyone what we have found. Thanks for the fast and friendly service as well. Thanks!!!

Subs are good hence 2 stars, BUT wow catering salads are a JOKE. $30 for a $5 grocery bag of lettuce. Horrible. I'm a corporate customer hosting business lunches and I was embarrassed when I opened the package with the salad. For what you get absolutely overpriced. I will not buy from you again.

Place was clean and people were friendly. Subs are pricey than other sub places. Overall not bad

This is my second visit in the past month and I can't wait to go back. The bread is the best sub sandwich roll I've ever had. Portions of meat were generous but prices are kind of high.

I stopped in for subs for my family. Took very little time to order and receive my sandwiches at 11 am. The veggies were wonderfully fresh and plentiful and my roast beef was thinly sliced and very tasty! My husband’s Godfather sub was the best he’d had - he recommends the sesame bun for this delicious sandwich. I always go with the “everything” roll as I love the extra zing of flavor I get for my roast beef. Very happy with our selections!
