I am so hurt by DQ today , I thought I was going to have a nice time just taking my kids for ice cream we wanted ice cream so badly we went to two different locations because the last one was too packed to end up not Ben getting ice cream at the location on Auburn hills and Walton . I payed and waited for my ice cream and it’s funny EVERY PERSON who was after us has received their ice cream except us and we’re just waiting we waited for over 15 minutes just watching everyone getting there ice cream in the correct order but somehow they kept overlooking us no one once asked what we ordered or anything . So I defended to just leave out without asking for a refund or anything because there is no way We was overlooked like that and do you think anyone said anything to us on the way out ? NO they surely did not . I am sad and my baby is even more sad had her crying . This is unacceptable .

WOW!!! I love taking the kids here!! The service was fast and friendly! I got a small blizzard and my little girl got a vanilla cone with sprinkles. I’d give the blizzard a 10/10. Even on a busy day we were in and out in 5 minutes. I’ll be bringing the kiddos here again!
The young lady we see every time we come in is amazing! I believe her name is Juniper, she has the best customer service and is so friendly and warm no matter how busy it is :) Tasty treats as well.

they made my drink wrong when they were super busy, i really didn’t mind because like i said they were packed but juniper made me another drink & gave me a free blizzard for next time, friendly staff
The website says they are open until 10pm, we got there at 857pm and they would not serve us they said oh we close at 9pm. I asked why couldn't we get served then since it wasn't 9pm and they replied oh we're short staff.
