Can't say anything but spectacular pizza and customer service. We all know when resources and supply chain issues business small and large are struggling. It's good to know that that Auburn Hills Cottage Inn is serving the best pizza and have great people. Thanks.
My husband and I order from here a lot, and they are ALWAYS sooo professional and on time. The food is always warm and delicious!When calling today, the young lady Jordan answered the phone, and even with me changing multiple things on my order, she was so patient and kind. Thank you Jordan for being such a great voice for the company! Thank you Cottage in for always serving great food and service!
Was trying to place a catering order for 2 days. (Mon & Tues)No answer. Went to website to place the order there and at end of order the message read “this store is currently close, please call the location” how dumb is that!!They need to update their website and get an answering machine when you call them to let customers know there hours of location!!!!
I have been coming here since 2017 and this place has always made delicious pizza. The staff are always friendly as well. I will certainly be back!
Customer service is no good. I bought a large pizza I forgot to ask for toppings and they never offered any toppings to me.
I have been a regular customer of this location for over a year and I have only had one mistake which happened tonight when an item was not delivered with the order. Our driver was prompt and courteous in bringing the missing item, I want to say it was less than 15 minutes for him to return to the store and retrieve it. All in all, this location is pretty good and puts out a consistently good product at a good value.
I am a truck driver and deliver to Auburn Hills every Sunday. I order from there every weekend and I am never disappointed. Their delivery drivers are friendly and never rude. The best pizza and the best grilled chicken salad ever! I haven't had a single thing we didn't like! I recommend the Hawaiian on a thin crust...the best.
Hit or miss but, they have great customer service
I placed an order on Friday, September 24. Because of an issue at home I had to cancel the order. The girl I spoke with said it was canceled and hung up on me. I called back and made sure it was canceled, the same person said it was and I mentioned her hanging up on me and all she said it it would take 24-48 hours for the money to be returned. VERY RUDELY. It it now almost a week later and I haven’t seen the money returned to my card. I won’t be doing business here again.I was more upset about the “girl” handled the phone call. Still won’t be back because of that.
