Arrived at restaurant about 1pm and had to wait 45 minutes to be seated. Six people were sat at a small table, with no elbow room. We asked to push another table up to ours for more room. The manager told us no. When food came I literally had to hold my salad in my hand while eating. The whole time we were there not one person was sat at the empty table. I know for sure I will not return to that restaurant.
Day I ordered for curbside side service Auburn Hills, Mi location was having a very poor day. No one on staff for curbside...waited for a bit since I figured it was busy...finally went in to some of my order being ready and no staff available for assist. I finally had to speak up and get someones attention after already waiting 20+ min for order. They forgot several parts of my order. Online ordering should have an option to let customers know if curbside is available or not.
Got there BEFORE 10pm, they close at 11pm.....we were immediately stopped at the door that they were not seating anyone. Asked for the manager and they came and said the same thing with an attitude. I said it's say you close at 11pm why can't you seat us? Silence then the manager said "we just not seating anyone else tonight because we are full". I looked and there was three tables seated in the entire restaurant.....when did Chili's start turning away business with a empty restaurant. Needless to say had to drive 10 miles back home hungry. Don't go to Chili's on Baldwin near Great Lakes too close to closing because they will turn you away because they don't want the business. I wonder if that is part of chili's corporate office new rules since the pandemic, to turn people away 2 hours before closing time. Anyone know? Let me know. Very rude!!
They were only serving in the bar area but everything was really good we had a guy waiting on us he was very busy working the bar and waiting on tables but he was very good always asking if we needed anything. Everything was great ?
Best place to get a cheap delicious meal. unfortunately they are super understaffed so we sat at the bar. The bartender did a great job but the service is very slow. However the food is so good.
45 minute wait, another 20 minute wait once order was placed. Bathroom dirty and door wouldnt latch. My chicken tenders were cold and rubber tasting. Broccoli was like mush, plus side the waitress was nice and the fries were good!
Good Location and decent food.Service was good and the location was lively.Only negative is rest room is not clean.
IT SO BAD I'm still here writing this review.Came in at 10:20 pm. 75 percent of the place is empty but was told wait is 20 mins. Waiting about 15 mins. Women bathroom had NO soap and paper towel. Ordered drinks waited 10 mins just to have the drinks all messed up and no straws. Best part they couldn't find straws. Got the drinks figured out finally order. Got salads to no silverware. Had to get up to ask for some. And was told they only have plastic smh. Great steak and a plastic knife. Finally found some real silverware. Waitress never came back half the time. First time and last.
Was at the restaurant a total of 3 hours. When we got there, the restaurant was pretty empty but was told a 45 minute wait. The wait ended up being more like an 1 hour. We finally got seated and then we waited almost an hour for our food. After we finished our dinner (that arrived luke warm/cool), we waited another 20-30 minutes for the dessert (that came with the 2 for $25 - or we wouldn't have waited for it) and bills to be separated. We arrived at 4:00 and were leaving around 7:00pm. Horrible experience.
There was only 1 time I was disappointed here and it was because of food portion on my take out order. Overall people here work hard and take care of their customers. The manager is always great too.
