Walked up and the “lady” behind the counter told me they weren’t going to make any gourmet fries and the first 2 subs I tried to order. I walked away and won’t ever be returning to this place. Lazy workers.
Whole family ended up in the bathroom because of the food plus the chicken was hard in the sandwich and got reheated fries.
Customer service is a joke and I was short changed. Ordered a small sandwich and got charged for a large. Had to point out the price on the menu for the cashier to rectify it as she was confident the price she charged me was correct. Paid with a $20 bill and got change back for a $10. They were adamant I gave them a $10 bill instead of a $20. I know what I gave them, as I didn’t have a $10 bill to begin with. Said they would check the register. Took the register to the back room and it took every single employee, except one (as it was one person left up front with a lineup) to apparently figure out if I paid with a $20 or not and they took their sweet time trying to “figure it out”. That aside, the staff are not the most professional. Eating freely at the counter and on their phones. Definitely won’t return to or recommend this location due to my personal experience. To end it all, I couldn’t even enjoy the sandwich I purchased due to my experience. It all left a very bad taste in my mouth… literally and figuratively. Big thumbs down to this place.
They're was a huge line, which was fine but then they grilled the chicken so long it was like crispy cardboard. The French fries were also dry and overdone. Very disappointing.
They got our orders mixed up and spent 15minutes figuring that out. Extremely slow considering there was 3 young ladies doing absolutely nothing behind the main lady. Young lady with short black hair spent the entire time on her phone RIGHT INFRONT of customers. None of them helped each other out. Lady with red and black cornrows was the only one doing anything. Absurd.

Slowest Charleys I have ever been too. Nonsense of urgent from employees.
Horrible customer service. Employees sat in the back room talking while one guy worked the grill. Waited 15 minutes for someone to take our order and then half an hour for them to leave the back room to put toppings on. horrible attitudes, acted like they didnt wanna be there. The counter was absolutely filthy with garbage and stains everywhere.
Nice food, always seems very busy.
Food is not bad although French fries took a turn for the worst. No more custom item on sandwich. Sevice is poor. Condiment area was filthy & poorly stocked. I finally collected enough punches on my rewards card but they would not honor it because they changed rewards system. They should not treat regular customers like that.
