great friendly staff... awesome drinks ???
Tried to get food for work. Waited in line far too long only to be told that hadn’t started my food. I already paid and gave a good tip. I had to leave to make it to work with no food and called to talk to them. They answered with “hello” like it was a personal call. Did not say the Biggby’s name to greet. They didn’t offer a complimentary drink or anything for their inadequacy just simply said they would give me my food at a later date. This place shouldn’t even have a tip jar. I paid for my food order and left a tip only leave with zero food. Never again.
The barista was nice, and didn't make my coffee too sweet. And they have a vegan Beagle that's actually pretty good
Let us pour our own creamer. You poured so much creamer in my coffee was cold. This is getting ridiculous. Put the creamer back out there and self serve please.
This is consistently a great Biggby. Staff are awesome, speedy and do a great job at noting when you ask for alternative milks. ?
I had never been to a Biggby before. The woman at the window was very helpful, patient and nice. The frozen coffee was delicious! I will definitely be going back.
I’m not sure what was going on today, but I ordered a medium caramel marvel & I had to wait 25 min just for one drink. Once I got it , nobody even apologized for the wait or anything. I’ve never had this issue with them before, but this was ridiculous. Nobody seemed to be moving with any urgency at all. I’m VERY disappointed with the service today. I almost left without even getting my drink because the wait was just entirely two long.
This Biggby is in Auburn Hills on Joslyn Rd between COSTCO & Sam's Club. More importantly it has a drive through! The employees are very polite & helpful & wear masks (huge plus in my opinion). The coffee & the specialty drinks are SO delicious; why go to St****cks where coffee always tastes burned??? As long as I live in this area, this will be my go-to coffee stop.
Love Biggby!! Drive thru close to the freeway. Can get to mall entrance/ back of mall from Joslyn, so worth the early exit.
This particular location was severely understaffed. I felt bad for the cute girl at the drive-thru who took our order and kept apologizing for the long wait. The drinks were delicious though
