The pretzels are great and you have to get a refreshing lemonade to wash it down!!
Today is February 5th 2022. Staff is very slow. The food is only being cooked when you order. The line is long as hell. When she told me it would be a 15 min wait I asked her if she was sure and then she stated it would be 20 mins at least. They need to be retrained.

The food here is heavenly. They also have some dope flavored lemonade to go with. Not too expensive either, honestly i love this place
Pretzels are not that good. They sit there in the case all day. My nugget bites were not warm. They were also all burned on the bottom and did not taste good. Waste of 5 dollars for bad pretzel bites.
Service was kind and efficient, but there was just one problem. All of the food we received had undercooked pretzel dough, which, in case you didn't know, can cause sickness and even hospitalization. I'm fine at the moment, but I don't recommend eating any pretzel item on the menu as it may leave you ill.
The smell is good but all employees working in there, did not cover their noses or had gloves on and one person had no mask at all. Left the line.
1 star is being generous. They messed up my change, the pretzel quality was hard to stifle down. I wouldn't feed my dog this garbage. Bland would be a compliment.
Zero stars. It doesn’t matter what day of the week or what time of day. They never have the mini dogs. I have stopped in on several occasions and I was told that they are the last thing they do and they aren’t important. You would think they would try harder at lunch time. It’s noon and they are t even close. Very poorly managed stores.
