This is the worst Applebees experience I have EVER had. I sat in the parking lot for more than an hour and nothing was ever said about a wait. The workers could have said they were as busy as they were. I got there at 7:30 and was there past 8:30. When I got home there was a meal from my order missing that I had paid for. When we called to explain the situation, the phone was ringing for at least 7 minutes.
We went and it took a second to get served but once we did the food was good, our waitress was Aubrey I think her name was and she was amazing but at the end we used the barcode to pay and it charged the account twice so we asked our waitress and she called for someone named Wes who was extremely unprofessional. He decided to comment on a different purchase in our bank that had absolutely nothing to do with our order from the restaurant, then proceeded to throw the survey in our face and say we should do the survey because we didn't do the survey before we paid. He also then patronized us saying if we did the survey we would get free ice-cream, then told us the double charge was our responsibility and asked us to pull our phones out and do the survey in-front of him. He ruined our experience and if it wasn’t for him my review would have 5 stars and be the first sentence.
Took my girlfriend out to this Applebees last night and it was the best Applebees experience we ever had. Food was terrific but the service here was a 100 times better then it ever had been in the past. The waitress was wonderful and fast. Wes the manager made us feel like we were the most important people there. He was engaging, kind, and attentive to us and to everyone we watched him talk to. What was really impressive is that when he wasn't talking to customers we saw him clean up tables, serve drinks, and help his staff who were clearly very grateful. My girlfriend even said she wished she had a boss like him! 5 stars, great job!!
Food was good. But we waited about 30 minutes to be seated on a Thursday around 1:30 with only 3 other active tables in the restaurant. Once seated we waited at least an hour from the time we placed our order until we got our food. We were a party of 3 adults and 3 children. We ordered 3 orders of kids Mac and cheese, a salad, a wrap and a burger. When the food came out it was good, as expected. But the wait time was a bit of a surprise. If you are stopping in for a quick lunch I would choose somewhere else.
The location is easy to find on a main road with ample parking. The establishment is clean and attractive on the inside, although it does not have the "open feeling" that the newer tavern-type restaurants have, and moving around the inside of the place is like running an obstacle course. The menu selections were good as were the selections of alcohol, but the selection of newer craft beers was limited. The food was good, but the portion size seemed a but smaller than that of their competitors. The service was good and our waitress honored our requests without any issues.
We ordered car side togo after being told the wait to be seated would be 45 minutes even though was practically empty. Our Togo order was suppose to be done at 8:23 we confirmed arrival then waited and waited over 20minutes had to call the restaurant I asked if they could let us know how long we’d still need to wait and the lady on the other end of the phone was rude telling me the online order times aren’t always correct, we only have 2 cooks, she found our order and would send someone out. The food was cold and the silverware we had on the order were not included.
Our waitress was super polite and kept checking in on us. The food was hot and delicious and there was a decent amount of time between appetizers and entrees. The restaurant was fairly busy and possibly a little short staffed but it didn't stop our waitress from making sure we had enough to drink and that we enjoyed our food
I had Desiree as a server she made me and my wife feel very welcomed. we actually just left. my burbon was delicious and my wife loved her burger. Desiree came and checked on us every few minutes. Definitely coming back and asking for her next time
The restaurant was empty. Probably 6 tables being used. We were informed there would be a 30 minute wait so we asked if we could just order for takeout. She said yes and sent use over to the takeout wall and said someone would help us. We looked over the menu found what we wanted and waited for service.. and waited... and we waited... so finally the lady that say us there walked past us and we told her we still haven't been helped. She said ok give me a minute... so we waited..... and Waited..... finally we just left ? we waited longer to get a Togo order then what we would have for our seats.... so we went to the hub.. if you want good food try the hub!! ? their Philly steak quesadillas are on point
I came here for dinner last week and really enjoyed it! Everything was clean and timely. Katie was my server and she did a great job. Service was amazing and the food was too. I'll definitely be coming back to this location.
